Why do times before 10 o'clock have a leading zero when it's in the AM and no leading zero when it's in the PM? Just noticed that, and thought I'd call it to your attention if someone hasn't already. |

I'm not sure if you are kidding or not, Sludge, but I don't see any AM or PM at all. Just 00:01 to 23:59. Seems to be a standard ##:## format, but AM is the only time you would see the leading zero.
Since you seem serious, I assume I am not understanding your question, or somehow we are seeing different content.
