I like the idea, but wonder if setting up such a forum might further pull Erik/Bernie/et al., further away from the "pulse" of the boards... Hmmm... I suppose it would function similarly to the "Forum Developments" forum, in as much as only motivated visitors would likely visit.

Honestly, all the Attn: threads can get a bit cumbersome at times so this is probably a great idea - maybe I'm just a little slow on the uptake. :)

I've run the idea past Erik and Bernie.

Erik and Bernie have spoken.

They want to continue to surf the various game areas, and believe they can continue to field inquiries there. Setting up a separate area might distract them from that activity, and could also develop into a "customer abuse" forum.

I appreciate their attempts to make themselves available, and they have responded to most of the issues that have been raised. But we all have to realize that this is not the sanctioned "help" facility for TSN games. There is a "Contact Us" link at each of the game sites, and (at least for the pay games) I have heard that the TSN responsiveness has been pretty good. In addition, Erik has posted his email address here many times:
ebarmack@sportingnews.com

If you have a general suggestion related to their games, then by all means, post it at the appropriate forum. But if you have a personal issue, especially one that requires immediate attention, then posting a message at this forum is probably not the most expeditious route to getting your situation resolved.
