I have often thought of this so finally decided to bring it up here. Sorry if it has been discussed before.
Would it be possible or desireable to add a feature to allow "polls" to be posted similar to what is found on other message boards. This could be useful for several type of things typically found on here. It could be useful for voting on league rules/settings and things like gold glove voting, mvp, or even the current presidential vote poll. Don't know if it is possible to add but it seems like it would be a useful addition. |

I think the best way to attack this is to use one of the web poll services, of which many are free (in return for advertising, of course). For example, the following poll uses a free account at freepolls.com:
If anyone wants to initiate a poll, they can simply sign up for one of the poll services and post the poll code into a forum thread.

One side effect of the poll code from freepolls.com is that it somehow interferes with the ability to self edit.
If you need to edit a thread with a poll in it, you'll need to email me and have me do it manually - at least until I figure how to work around the issue.
