I am not very computer savvy but I have seen this on other forums so will try to offer the idea... (actually I think i got this idea from my google email format).

Is there a way to put like "up/down" button within threads so I can bounce from thread to thread (but within a specific area like Baseball Forum) so I don't have to go back into the Baseball Forum and THEN back into another thread. Like when you are going through emails and you just click the up or down arrow to get to the email above/below it in your inbox.

This is a feature I couldn't use the majority of the time anyway since I can't post at work (only read with IP's) but I could see how that would make navigating the various threads a little quicker.

It is certainly doable. Is it really worthwhile, though? The programming isn't trivial. (It's also not rocket science, although there are some tricky aspects.)

Must admit if there are 3 or 4 threads in a forum at the top I want to read, I'd like the ability to do this too versus out, and back in.......actually crossed my mind recently.
