I added a new table at the bottom of each thread. It shows a tally of the number of times the thread was accessed (viewed) over a range of different periods. It also estimates the number of distinct users viewing the thread for each time period. The determination of unique users is prone to some inflation, as it relies on some cookie data that is not always consistent from day to day, or from machine to machine for any given user - particularly for those users who view but do not post.
Regardless, it may be of modest interest to some. The data has only been collected since the beginning of March, so the history of the data isn't very deep. |
