The "current time" listed above the index of threads shows the time as of the last update to the thread listing. Usually, that is the same time as the time of the last post for the top item, since the program grabs the stored index if no posts have been made since then.
If you want to see the real current time - or just force the system to recreate a new index - then you can click on the filter button at the bottom of the page. I have set it up so that a fresh index will be generated even if there are no filters specified. |

You might also check your wristwatch if you want to know the real time. If you have to look RotoGuru Message Forum for the real time, you are indeed spending way too much time in here. No offense Guru.

WAB - the impetus for the clock was to help our foreign users keep tabs on the appropriate time zone, so that there was no confusion about roster freezes, etc.
So your comment is unwarranted. If you were playing a game that required you to keep track of the time in Germany (including occasional shifts to daylight savings time), you might appreciate the aid as well - unless you have a very talented watch.
