Guru?
Instead of everyone typing OT in their Subject lines and cluttering up specific threads... Is it possible to just start a new main forum called OT? I know sometimes we all have a question other then baseball we would like to ask, but seems some people get offended by extra or no baseball related information in the baseball forums. |

I think the main reason that won't happen is because most people probably wouldn't go into the OT Forum except when they had a question to ask or some info to post. I don't think many would go there thinking "Maybe I can help answer somone's question today" or "Maybe there is a cool new website posted in the OT Forum today." I feel your pain, promize, but I like the set-up now because people actually read each other's OT threads, which is the point of starting them. Just think, if OT threads weren't allowed in the baseball forum, I would have never found Smalltime.com, one of my alltime favorites.

Guru, is there a good way to pull up all the threads except OT ones? Maybe some sort of option on the filter or something. No big deal, but it might be useful for some users.

Doesn't seem particularly useful to me. Most people don't use the the filters to begin with, and if the off-topic thread has OT in the title, it should already be pretty easy to ignore if you want to.
