Subject: Step up to the Virtual NFL!!!

We have a league called Virtual NFL in our 2nd year. The other co-commishes love CBS and it is a chain of leagues to go with the other sports as well (CCRider and one other play in VMLB)...so sadly this NFL only has 30 teams. A challenge nonetheless.
It is an IDP, D&T league. You start 8 on offense and run either a 3-4 or 4-3 on defense (19 starters total - 11 bench).
We have the scoring set as such:
RBs are slightly more valueable than LBs
WRs are slightly more valueable than DBs
So basically the D scoring is pumped up so teams can be defensive minded, more like the real NFL.
$50 Entry free - $500 for Super Bowl Champion + $$$ won on the road to the Super Bowl.

Too busy this year for this, but it sounds pretty cool. Hopefully next season I'll have more time where I could add this to my list.

Fantasy Sports is HUGE business. Been out of my budget for a few years now, but I've been in leagues with 1k/yr fees. (HUGE pots btw. One pd only to the league champ. 16 teams, 1k entry. Spent about 4k on the draft party. League champ got 12k. No...I never won that one either. lol)

I'm the 'other' in VMLB and they are decent guys - except the dude who plays the Yankees of course. ;)
I would join but fantasy football is just too hit-or-miss for me to invest money in it.

VMLB was the first of the series and the majority of those guys are the "main" guys in that little fantasy sport circle; however, VNFL doesn't attract all of them.
Anyway, we have 2 spots remaining I believe...hope you would re-consider Nerf! I think VNFL is better than VMLB...of course football is my thing and baseball just gets me to it! ;-)
