T Williamson WR..Questionable M Jones WR...Questionable (start 3. Have 1 on bye, 2 hurting and 1 good to go)
K Winslow TE...Probable LJ Smith TE...Probable (just upgraded..whew)
B Westbrook RB...Questionable (may good with Addai/Jackson here, though could go Buckhalter/Jackson)
2 weeks into the season....lol, and yep...I'm whining already!!!!! |

I think injury reports have become pretty loosely used by coaches the past few years, or else I am long term memory loss. I feel like so many people are put on injury reports nowadays. The majority of my fantasy teams have 2-3 guys questionable and 2-3 guys probable, which is a pain in the butt because I basically have to be around on Sundays right up until kickoff (or at least that's what I tell my wife).

yea I know...its getting like a guy is playing poker and trying to "read" the coaches hand.
Just for grins, I went to the 3 leagues I'm in to see what kind of "team" I have in the way of busted up players:
QB: T Green (who knows when he'll be back) RB1: B Westbrook (Q) RB2: Whadda ya know...healthy here WR1: L Coles (Q) WR2: M Jones (Q) WR3: T Williamson (Q) TE1: LJ Smith (P...Q up until about an hour ago) TE2: K Winslow (P)
Now...all I need is for a K to pull a hammy today, a Nr2 RB to twist a knee and a D to eat together and come down with food poisoning...and I got a starting lineup thats competitive, but busy puking. :(

News: Eagles coach Andy Reid said Friday that the swelling in RB Brian Westbrook's knee has gone down and he expects his running back to be a "go" for Week 3 vs. San Francisco. He reamins questionable on the injury report. "He felt pretty good coming off the field (Friday) so I think he is going to be okay," Reid said. "We've been cautious with him to make sure we get that swelling out of there. It's down now, so he feels comfortable and he is doing double time on the mental reps so he makes sure he knows everything we have in."
Analysis: This is great news for Westbrook's Fantasy owners! He looks like he'll play in Week 3. Play it safe, though, and confirm it Sunday afternoon (the Eagles play at 4:15 pm. ET) before cementing your lineup for the late games.

lol keeper league, drafted Tarvaris Jackson (B Johnsons backup. Johnson is 38, aint gonna play for much longer I'd think and Jackson looked VERY good in preseason play.) Anyway..Jackson isouot for 3-4 weeks for surgery to repair a torn cartiladge. Theres the requisite backup QB for the "All Injured Squad" :(
