Subject: Should I do this trade

I have been offered Matt Hasselback and Chris Chambers for TJ. Houshmandzadeh and Chris Henry. In my league I start 1 qb, 2 rb and 3 wr. This is who I currently have:
QB Cullpepper
QB Rothlesberger
WR Steve Smith
WR Greg Jennings
WR Reggie Brown
WR Matt Jones
WR Chris Henry
WR TJ Housmenzadah
Should I make this trade? I am worried that my number 2 and 3 wr's could be too weak if I make this trade... |

Ask this 3 weeks ago and I say yes, definately. Chambers was just waiting for a break out year. And with Hasslebeck and C-Pep you could just play whoever had a more favorable matchup. Now you are definately upgrading at QB with C-pep struggling so, but I don't feel Hous-man will be as down for much longer (especially after this week). I'd still be inclined to do this trade because you are upgrading your QB and staying pat at WR2. WR3 seemed to be a coin flip already with the jumble you have there and I don't feel Henry was really your best choice for the whole season. He still has Balt x2, Indy, New England, Pittsburgh, Carolina and Tampa Bay to play this year. That's a tough schedule for a #3 WR on his own team.
I would break down this trade like this:
Chambers for TJ
Hasslebeck for Henry
only because Chambers is taking TJs spot in your roster and either Hasslebeck or C-pep will take Henry's bench.

If there aren\\\'t any decent QB\\\'s on waivers (Leinart maybe?) I would be in panic mode and push this trade through. Culpepper and Rothlesberger have potential, but are too inconsistant for my liking.
Do you think the loss of Alexander for the next few weeks will help or hurt Hasselback\\\'s numbers?

i think i would take the trade, with alexander being hurt i expect there to be much more passing out of the seattle offense.

I would do the trade! Having TJ and Henry on the same team is a tough mix...dammed if you do and dammed if you don't pick the right WR each week.
Do the trade.
