0 Subject: Week 10 "Who to start" Thread

Ok this is my favorite thread to read and I thought "It's never too early to start it"
After a major missed oppertunity last week with my wideout I figured I'd get an early jump and see what everyone thinks about this situation. It is somewhat of a spoil of the riches as I know one of my WR are going to explode each week. The problem is I've missed out on some major erruptions and I am sick of it. Here's my situation:
I'll breakdown each reciever
>>D. Jackson vs STL
Senaca targetted Jackson 7 times last week but nothing was long as he racked up 36 yards. Also being tagged with probable as his foot has been bothering him is a concern. The lack of a star running back and quarterback leave Jackson's value severely dimminished. That being said I feel like I should start him. He was my #1 WR drafted and I feel loyalty. That and St. Louis can't stop the pass.
>>J. Galloway @ CAR
Tough matchup for Mr. Galloway this week. We know Carolina is going to get to Gradkowski a couple times, and I feel they will be able to blitz knowing a throw will come since TB will probably be playing from behind most of the game. Last weeks game on the bench hurt me as I let 21 points just rot away. Will I miss out on 21 points again or will I start him and get a nice 3 point production, or even better a week 1 absence from the statline. I'll take my chances and put him on the bench.
>>T. Glenn @ ARI
What can we say about Arizona that hasn't been said. We can't quite crown Tony Romo tho so sorry Dennis we can't blame a far suppior team for this one. Glenn isn't the favorite target with TO in big D but he still sees his looks. TO saw 10 balls and Glenn saw 5 fly his way. Glenn took advatage and caught 3 of them and one for a TD. The problem: 26 yards. Points are points and I'll take 26 + TD over 50 or 60 yards and 0 TDs. Just would like to see him combine all those stats. Hopefully we will with a start in the lineup against a week Arizona D.
>>M. Colston @ PIT
Stud. I mean he's been targeted 28 times in 2 games. In those 2 games: 17 catches, 280 yards, 3 TDs. I love those numbers. Welcome to the big time buddy. Take a seat in that every week starters chair.
>>D. Gabriel vs NYJ
Unless the green P's next to Jackson and Glenn turn to black O's, the bench is where Gabriel will find himself. Now he'll get 90 yards and 2 TDs.

Please tell me, do you agree with my assessment? Do you think I shouldn't start Jackson, Glenn, and Colston? Should I start Galloway? Did Tom Brady tell anyone that he's gonna throw the ball to Gabriel 10 times, all in the redzone? Thanks for the help. And feel free to post your quandries.

PS Hope you all voted. I know I did! :)

I woud go Jackson, Colston and Glenn. Although I think you're right about Galloway. TB will probably be playing from behind so he might see a lot of passes thrown his way.

How about these (seems like I have the same ones every week...lol):

Vick vs CLE
Kitna vs SF

I'm leaning towards Vick but everytime I bench Kitna, he outscores Vick.

Cadillac vs Car
Deuce vs Pit

I like Deuce because he scores the TD's but Pittsburgh's D is tough. Plus, Cadillac has been awful so far.

thanks

agree with the above: Jackson/Colston/Glenn.

Kitna and Deuce. (Which means Cad will go OFF!)

I need 2 WRs from this list of "derelicts"

Kennison vs Mia
A Bryant vs Det
C Henry vs SD

M Jones vs Hou (GREAT matchup but coming off injury and lackluster performances YTD)

R Davis vs NYG (waiver acq after Berrian was hurt last week. Looks like Berrian might be abck though, which makes this a long-odds shot.)

I'm thinking Kennison and Henry.

Sarge,
If it were me, would probably go Kennison and Bryant.
Don't feel too comfortable about Cinncy against my Chargers.
