from the front page of rotoguru.com:

If you’re playing fantasy football, be aware that there was a pretty significant scoring change announced by the NFL yesterday. Correll Buckhalter scored on a play that was originally ruled a 20-yard catch and fumble by Reggie Brown, with Buckhalter picking up the fumble and running it in for the final 35 yards. Now, it has simply been ruled a 55 yard reception by Buckhalter. So McNabb gets an extra 35 passing yards and a passing TD, Buckhalter gets a 55 yard TD reception, and Brown loses 20 receiving yards. Different scoring platforms probably adjust for these changes in different ways, but if it matters to your team, you ought to investigate.

I know this altered the outcome of at least one fantasy matchup. Mine! With McNabbs extra passing yards, plus the 4 points for the passing TD, I wound up winning my match last week in oneleague, by 2 points. YAHOO at any rate, automatically adjusted the scoring for this NFL change.

Yep, this cost me my #2 slot for our playoffs. I was in a 3 way tie for 2nd at 7-3 but I had a 5 point scoring lead for the whole league. The change added 7 to another of the 2nd place team and moved them 2 points ahead of me for total points...giving them the #2 slot...and me the #3.

Oh well.

Odd though, only some sites are updating those stats...

I play in I think 6 different sites and I think 4 of the 6 have made the change.

I'm really surprised that CBS hasn't

Promize, cbs only includes changes made through Tuesday following the game. Any changes after Tuesday have to be manually changed by the commish, so the changes were done in our G24 league anyway.

MFL did not make the change either. Funny, the top 2 sites didn't make the change and even yahoo did.

There was another quirk that changed late when they said a McAllister TD was an offensive fumble recovery TD. Some leagues don't credit for that.
