Is it better that guys get hurt or that you assume they are healthy, you start them... and they give you absolutely nothing week after week!?!
Reggie Brown... Crayton... Devery Henderson...

Reggie Brown
SEVERE disappointment for me too.
S Jackson (who has an "excuse" to a degree with Orlando Pace being lost for the year)
L Johnson...
L Tomlinson...
Long list of players expected to perform, who havent.

Re: 4
Not sure Jackson can use Pace as an excuse, as Pace was out all of last year as well, and SJax seemed to ok then...

Jeez sarge...you beat me and I had LT and Shaun Alexander whose combined total for last week was surpassed by LaMont Jordan!!!!! I hope those two step it up a bit.

LT and LJ I think, are both in for a long year. (Not sure yet about Alexander.) With the turnover in coaching staff at SD...I think that team will need a yr to get familiar with each other. KC...just plain smells without an experienced QB behind center.
Alexander/Jackson are still "question marks" in my mind. They dont step it up by week 4, I think there will be a LOT of seriously disappointed FF managers and fans.
LT/SJ/LJ/SA....prolly taken in the top 6-7 in every non-keeper draft out there, and proabably kept in every keeper league out there...yet they arent performing as well as one would expect a 2nd round pick to perform.
OTH hand..you have Matt Schaub. I'd bet HUGE sums, that Atlanta's front office is kicking itself royally atm. (Of course, they DID sign Leftwich yesterday, so maybe there is a light at the end of the tunnel for them.) Schaub has performed exceptionally IMHO.

I think thats why I play so many leagues so but law of averages I have to have one healthy team

true...but then you come down to a MOn Night game...in one league, you have WR ABC going and you trail by 9. In another, the OTHER guy has the SAME WR going, and you lead him by 6....
WTF to do?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

If C Palmer torches them for 300+ yds and 3+ TDs vs NE next week; could I claim them to be suffering from 3rd degree burns? ;)

Wow, what a week for Boldin to be a game time decision, at least for our auction league Sarge. Portis and Santana are on bye leaving me with either Boldin who might play or DeAngelo Williams, someone who might score fantasy points. Along with that mess, Vincent Jackson is dealing with a sore back and Charles Johnson "should" play with his sore back. Can someone get a back brace for my team? Did I mention I have Eli "I could be hurt any moment now" Manning. BLAH!

Boldin and S Jackson out for me this week. Heap in, but with a concussion last week...one hit and he's back out again. Westie in that league, is a perverbial "game-time decision" and always has been it seems.
In our auction league..B Jacobs went down so I picked up Ward, who is now limping. A Johnson is out, still...Bulger has busted ribs so I turn to Big Ben, 'cept Ward is out for him.
Speaking of H Ward.....he's out, and that had me scrambling for another WR to replace him this week in my 3rd league. That, after looking hi and lo for a RB to replace S Jackson. (In 2 leagues, I acquired D Rhodes 'cause I distrust L Jordan and figure Rhodes to take the lions share of carries long about week 7 or 8) Both leagues I have Rhodes, I also have Westie/Jackson. Westie is on bye week 5, Rhodes is on bye week 5, Jackson may not be back week 5, so in 2 leagues I found myself scrambling for another RB.

To everyone else: (I am glad I am in Sarge's division for the auction league :) Now he'll probably end up better than me :( )

not nice Kyle. :(
Last year, I made it to the Championship game and lost to Frick. *shrug* This year, I wanted to try something "diffrent"...have yet to see how well/poorly it will turnout.

Westie sat out Sun night...cost me a game. (That and the wrong D going.)
Now I see where Caddillac is out for the season, Addai is hurt and questionable fro next week, Henry is hurt...
are the dropping like flies this year, or is it just my perception? Seems to me, injuries are coming fast and furious vs the "norm".

Interesting Article:
ESPN - Corey Dillon resisted an overture from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to jump into their running back mix, sources told ESPN's Chris Mortensen on Monday.
Starter Carnell "Cadillac" Williams was lost for the season to a knee injury in the first quarter of their 20-7 win over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.
Steve Feldman, the agent for Dillon, confirmed that the Bucs contacted him before the game was finished. Feldman then asked Dillon if he was interested via a text message.
"No," is what Dillon replied in a text back to Feldman.

Heap starts, and leaves the game w/o recording any stats....
ppicked up Warner off the waiver wire...he tanked and left the game injured...
this is getting REALLY old this year. And this after only 6 weeks???????? Beginning to seriously wonder, if I'll have so much as a waterboy left at the end of the year.
