0 Subject: Week 6 Ultimate RV Movers.....

Seems this will be the first week when those teams coming off of byes will have many whose prices will gain considerably.

For instance, it looks like Romo will taking a HUGE hit this weekend. Most, I suspect, will be moving to Palmer while others will opt for either McNabb or Warner. Either way, Carrie's boyfriend must go!

At RB, will there be many brave souls going back into a semi-healthy Westbrook? I'm thinking of dumping Edge for him but am not sure yet. If Westbrook gets through a decent week of practice than I'm thinking "YES"!

Receiver-wise, I think a major play will be for the Bengals starting WR's (Ocho Cinco and House) and for Philly's Curtis.

Defensively, I can't see anybody realistically holding Dallas against New England. But who to go to? And for those that were disappointed as I was in Green Bay's sorry showing last week, there are those that may advocate moving to Washington. Not sure about that one just yet.

Thoughts?

I think you pretty much nailed it, 007.

Romo will lose major money.

I think roster configurations beyond that will largely depend on defenses. I can see Washington and maybe Tennessee being popular choises to allow upgrades to Bengal recievers.

Brady and Moss should be safe holds this weekend.

I think Tennessee is the D to go with this week. I believe Washington might see a significant gain in cash, only because they are so undervalued.

As for RBs, I myself, am going with Westbrook, he's got a great matchup. I wonder if anyone will jump on the LT bandwagon since SD finally showed some signs of life. I'm staying away until after the bye.

WR is difficult. Will people really have enough expendable cash to carry Moss and Ocho? I don't think so. I don't know who is the obvious choice here. Crayton will get dumped.

QB is another toughie. I'd say Culpepper, but not against Baltimore. That sucks, because he was due to surge in value. I think I'm going to pray with McNabb and hope he turns it on against a pathetic Jets D, like he did with Detroit.

It appears that some will go with Houshman or Ocho by way of Romo to Warner at QB and Washington for defense...I'm yet undecided on how I'm going..Washington will gain money but I don't like going that low on defense because it involves more trades if they bomb getting back into a more expensive defense..Right now I'm thinking about them or going a different direction in either Seattle/Jacksonville or the NYG..I like their matchups...I think of the 3 the Giants will make the most money..Money wise for QB it will be Palmer/Warner/McNabb...RB I thing R. Brown will still make money(on Bye next week) because of his matchup/Westbrook/McGahee..WR Ocho/Curtis/Houshman/A.Davis/Fitzgerald.. Next week should be interesting with the Colts coming off bye... but facing @ Jacksonville

Man I sure wish I had banked a couple of more trades...Where have we heard that before? Being a vet player you would think I might know better.

Brady
Romo>Palmer

Parker>Westbrook
Brown
Morris....yes I have to hold him vs DAL

Moss
Bowe
Marshall>Northcutt

Witten

PITT>TENN

I actually thought about holding Romo, yikes.

With all of the DAL/NE players dotting rosters I'm sure trades are at a premium for everyone.

Quite frankly I don't care how much cash it frees up WA and Warner come with huge downsides.

Short take: Westbrook, Tenn, McNabb

I took a hiatus from playing for a couple of years…so it’s slowly starting to come back to me. But here’s my take.

Westbrook=no brainer

I like Seattle’s defense over the next few weeks…but admit that Tenn looks like the best gainer this week.

No doubt that Palmer and Chad will see good gains…but I’m not thrilled about them going against KC. Not that KC has a great defense but…the opposing QB’s have averaged the third lowest SNP’s in the league so far. Granted one of those was Rex…but I’ll go with McNabb.

Do you guys really think Crayton will lose big? I don’t see it. Help me out. I actually see Morris losing because of the threat of Maroney returning.

Yeah...Warner's just too injury-prone/fumblititis-prone for my liking but to each their own.

Palmer, Warner and McNabb will be getting the majority of RV play this week. No doubt about that.

Westbrook is now a MUST HAVE this week if you want a substantial RV kick. I'll definitely be dumping Edge for him later today. Other RB's that look good RV-wise are R. Brown and W. McGahee. Some may try to go ultra-cheap and grab Wright or Graham due to injuries on their respective teams but I don't see a major play for them.

At WR, I think Houshwwopgjwrgsjgpgj is the RV man this week. Ocho Cinco will get some play and so will Curtis.

Defensively, since it costs a good deal to grab a few of the sure RV gainers listed above, it looks like it may be the time to go to cheap and pick up Washington. I currently have Green Bay and I still don't know what to do here. I like Tennessee and Baltimore but I do think Washington will get the major play this weekend.

Bond,

You're nuts if you think Warner is injury prone. Go ahead, play it
safe and stick with your "Palmer".
