Yeah, well Georgia finally won at the Cocktail Party. If they don't lose the next 8 or 9 in a row vs UF maybe they'll really have something to celebrate.

hell, yea.
to me, that's what football is all about, especially college football. it's been 20 years, and i only made it through 18 months at UT, but it was enough for two seasons worth of Longhorn football, and damned if those weren't some exciting times, win or lose.
i hate penalties for "excessive celebrations" during Touchdowns. yea, if you get a sack and dance your ass too the sideline, throw a flag. but scoring points? shoot, let the dude do a 630 off the goalpoast for all i care.
that is how you celebrate a touchdown!

Love the ending--real lot of class there, turning to the homosexual reference.
I did have to laugh before the OSU game, as breathless Penn State fans were talking of their "white out" in the stands. If there is one place you'll find a huge number of white people, it's in central PA.

I think its safe to say this is like the JV squad for Philadelphia Eagles fans...Back in college I worked the 500-700 levels for CSC Event Staffing/Crowd Control at Veterans Stadium for Eagles games. The things that went on there were just as appaling. People would do their business in beer bottles and some would be so drunk they'd throw it at opposing teams fans...disgusting. Car parked with other teams colors, pretty much looted.
However, the best was seeing a guy get beat pretty bad (eagle fan might I add) in the NFC Championship vs the Bucs. The one when Ronde Barber returned the INT to seal the deal en route to a Bucs super bowl victory. This guy comes in wearing an Authentic Ronde Barber Jersey (2 1/2 hours prior to kickoff), so I go to him, "aren't you a little worried about your safety up here buddy?" He looks at me, laughs, and then lifts up his shirt exposing a Philadelphia Police badge, knightstick and I am sure some type of protective armor under his sweater.
Sure enough, Bucs score in the 2nd half and some drunk idiot decides to start taunting. I get on my radio to notify the security hub b/c popcorn is starting to get thrown in his director...well the cop is keeping his cool, laughing...then out of nowhere, BAM! Cheesy Nachos plate right to the head!!! Undercover cop is furious pulls out his badge necklace from under his Jersey and hastily approaches the drunk idiot. Well Drunk Idiot went to physically assualt the cop...obviously not seeing his badge. (Editors Note: BIG MISTAKE) Needless to say security was just coming through the vomitory (response time is usually < 1m after the call is put in) and the drunk idiot caught a knightstick a couple times and I cant imagine what happened to him behind closed doors. To me, that was just like the main course and I was like "YES!!! THIS IS SO AWESOME" The icing on the cake was the pindrop silence you could hear when Ronde hat that 79yard INT TD to end the eagles super bowl chances and close down the Vet for good!
