It is on the uni's of all the players, and all year I have been wondering what it stands for. I just found out what the green dot on the helmets stands for, it is the only one with a radio in it. |

I believe that is only for the captain (or co-captains) of the team. I didn't notice them on everyone.

NP.
I've got a question: All thus year I've noticed players handing the ball to the refs after plays. Is there a new rule this year about that? In years past guys would just toss the ball to the ground (at best).

I wouldn't put it past Goddell to put that rule in place, but I have a feeling that it has to do with the spiking the ball is now a delay of game penalty. That's just my speculation.
