This will probably jinx it but what happens if more than one of us goes the way of the Pats and goes 17-0?

I'm running one at my bar, and we have 7 left. I was also considering going thru the playoffs, but I'm not sure on the reset or not. It would seem to penalize the agressive player during the season. My contest also involves cash. I'm fine with whatever you guys decide for this game, but if you had an investment would you think a reset would be more fair?

I would definitely think a reset is fair, some people did pick teams to lose that are possible playoff teams. Nobody picks with the mindset that this thing is going to run into the playoffs and there is no reset.
I don't think I'll care too much if we don't reset ours however, it at least makes it a little more interesting if people did already eliminate some playoff teams as possibly choices. In all honesty, if we wanted to get people eliminated, we'd be better off just resetting and not allowing picks of teams playing New England for the playoffs :D

Not resetting certainly should make things more of a challenge, as it should lessen the pool somewhat and reduce the likelihood of more than one person winning through the playoffs.
I don't care one way or the other.
