Not sure if anyone has noticed this before, but...
I was watching the Ryder Cup, and saw a commercial for the ESPN MVP service (on Verizon wireless).
They showed a closeup of the phone showing a fantasy football page, and at the top was the name "davelipman18". I had to go back and doublecheck on TiVo just to make sure.
For those who may not know, davelipman18 is the Gurupie otherwise known as blue hen.

I had to do a doubletake just to confirm that someone other than blue hen started this thread. I am still not sure I believe it.

Several months ago I saw a print ad (in SI IIRC) for the ESPN wireless service with the same user name in the sample page. After I saw this thread I figured I'd dig further and found this web ad. If you use the interactive featue and select the trophy you'll see it there too.
