Subject: Best Free Hosting Site for Fantasy Newbies?

I am setting up a league with a few folks 50 years old and up who want to see what this Fantasy Football is all about. I need a free site that is pretty simple for them to operate. They do not (yet!) know a whole lot about football players and positions except for the Eagles and a few of the other league headliners (like TO, LT, Brady and the Mannings).
We'll be using 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K and DST with 7 bench players in single game H2H competition with playoffs.
I have tentatively set it up at Yahoo, but wonder if another site would be easier for them?
I would love to have the a free live scoring option so they can track their teams on game days -- to me that is a lot of the fun.
We are drafting offline, so I do not need that feature.
Any thoughts? Thanks.

Yahoo is your best bet.
