C'mon Vikes...I'll admit I weas wrong when you signed Favre for the 1st year, but I wasnt wrong the next year. Havent you folks figured out yet, signing Veteran QBs WELL on the downhill side of their careers (Moon, George, McMahon, Favre, et al) is NOT the solution you seek/need.
Looks like we Vikings fans, are iun for yet ANOTHER in a long line, of disappointing seasons. |

Hey, you renounced the Vikings three years ago, I don't think your application to jump back on their bandwagon was accepted.
You conveniently left Randall Cunningham off that list... Yeah, Cunningham and Favre were the QB's on the best two Viking squads the past twenty years.
If you honestly think the Vikings would have a better season with the rook Ponder starting and Joe Webb at number two, yeah, your application is rejected.

As a Lions fan since childbirth, I say you have a long way to go before you're allowed to say stuff like that.
Also as a Lions fan... let the "we're - not - last" chants begin.

lmao SZ. The Vikings dopnt process fan applications. They are too busy signing 'has beens" to the QB roster. (Yes, I forgot Cunningham. Not intentioonally. But because the Vikings QB slots have started looking like an 'old folks home" in the NFL. Just too damn many names to remember them all.)
DW...I understand your frustration as a Lions fan. Still, historically, 1 of the 2 GOOD games Detroit will play every year, is against Minn. :(

consecutive weeks, blowing a huge 1/2 time lead. Retire McNabb already, and see if there isnt a JV QB in the Twin Cities wants to try his hand at the spot.

Someone will pick him up. At this point in the season, there are a number of teams who could use a good backup, and others who have young guys at starter who could use a good mentor.
