after Week 1... 8-team public league, standard scoring.
Trade was Schaub + Ogletree for Adrian Peterson. The team trading away Peterson already has Aaron Rodgers and Michael Vick so Schaubs value was... ? The owner claimed to have "extra starting RB's" such as Kevin Smith and wanted more depth.
Would this have been vetoed in a good league where people actually care and pay attention?

man. that's a tough one. i don't believe in vetoing a trade just because it's a "bad" trade.
but yea, this looks completely suspicious on the surface...

Well it wasn't collusion. Just incompetence. This is the same owner I asked why the heck he picked Vick in the 4th round after picking Rodgers in the 1st and he said in case Rodgers gets hurt.
He doesn't seem to get the concept of having a competitive starting lineup. Or the fact that in an 8 team league having a backup QB is more or less unnecessary. You can just pick up guys like Rivers or Luck as free agents if you ever need them.
He also carried a backup kicker all year. In an 8 team league lol...

FYI - this is obviously a very noncompetitive league, I run the squad for the wife. Its just very frustrating to deal with people who have no clue.
And I can't even dominate the thing cause its so shallow everyone's teams are great.
