21.07 Hughes, Jerry BUF DE Hughes was a first rounder back in 2010 for the Colts but he was stuck behind Freeney and Mathis for a couple years, then switched to 3-4 OLB, then last year played both LB and DE. He only played about 50% of the team's snaps but had 10 sacks. Last year played mostly pass downs, either rushing the QB or dropping back in coverage. Buffalo has moved to a 4-3 and Hughes won't be a hybrid LB anymore. He is set to play DE on both pass and run downs (the majority of run downs anyway). On pass downs he will be rushing the QB rather than occasionally dropping back. All these factors make him a potential breakout IDP this season. |

21.08 Lee, Marqise JAC WR Rookie WR who tailed off his last year at USC. Maybe he reaches his potential this year. He should have a decent opportunity as none of the other WR are that dominant. Weakness at QB limits the potential. |

21.09 Matthews, Clay GBP LB Coming off an injury-marred season, he should bounce back a lot this year as he should continue to be the leading force in Green Bay defense. I counted on his edge rushing ability to either have QB hit or sack the opponent’s play-caller despite I did have Miller on my roster. |

21.10 Cook, Jared STL TE Cook and Bennett had a pretty solid schedule combined. I think I could almost roll a TE by committee, but if Bennett struggles I think Cook could step in for me and put up regular points. |

21.11 Kerrigan, Ryan WAS LB Adding some IDP depth. Kerrigan has been a consistent performer during his first 3 seasons with the Redskins averaging 8 sacks/season. With a change the change in coaching, there is a possibility that his numbers will be better this season. |

21.12 Long, Chris STL DE I'll likely be rotating DE2s this year since I didn't take one earlier. Long can put up some good weeks but likely won't be consistent. The Ram's dline is going to be nasty, so hopefully he can do some damage for me. |

21.13 Bowman, Navorro SFO LB Since we have a DL slot this year, it's time to use it. After a horrific injury in last year's playoffs, Bowman is likely out for a good part if not the full season. I'll stash him away until an announcement is made either way.... If he comes back th"is year, I'll put the tackle machine straight into my lineup." |

21.14 Douglas, Harry ATL WR My second backup WR to Julio Jones (along with Hester). We'll have to wait and see whether he or Hester gets the most action in the event that Jones and Roddy White both stay healthy. |

22.01 Crosby, Mason GBP PK Kicker. Week 9 bye, which is late enough to be manageable, even if I decide to hold him through his bye week. The Packers have ranked in the top ten in attempted kicking points in seven of the past eight years, including 3rd last year, making them one of the most consistently successful teams in the league.Vinatieri and Novak were also on my short list. Hauschka might have been there as well, except that I didn't want to have to deal with his week 4 bye. |

22.02 Hauschka, Steven SEA PK Top 5 kicker on a top team. As deep as this league is, and as little real talent that is available, I don't have a problem going a round or two early to get a sure thing for my kicker. |

22.04 Jenkins, Malcolm PHI S I wanted a 3rd DB for some depth at that position. Jenkins was signed by the Eagles in the offseason as an upgrade at the saftey position. I am hoping his numbers will be better with his new team. |

22.05 Folk, Nick NYJ PK This was my 5th Kicker on my board. I'm really glad he was there for me to take, but the run of the kickers before this makes me think I should have gone a round earlier. |

22.06 Vinatieri, Adam IND PK He is old but still capable of performing at the elite level. Kicking for the high-octane Indy’s offense, he should have plenty of opportunities to score for my team. And that he could still kick from the 50-yard out could help me a lot. I did consid"er other kicker option and thought about pulling the trigger a bit earlier, but with Justin tucker and Dan Bailey off the board I chose to wait longer here." |

22.07 Pryor, Calvin NYJ S I needed a safety and most of my favorites had the dreaded week 4 bye. I went with a rookie who hopefully offers some upside. Or he gets replaced. |

22.08 Parkey, Cody PHI PK The Eagles have a decent offense and Parkey kicked some 50+ FG's in pre-season. Good enough for me. |

22.09 Walsh, Blair MIN PK I set a queue this round with all kickers, and wound up with Walsh. He's got the leg to hit form long distance and I'm hoping the Vikings manages to give him scoring opportunities |

22.10 Hill, Shaun STL QB 22.10 Shaun Hill, QB, STL - I haven't gotten to see him play this preaseason, but hopefully he can hold onto that starting position through the year (no real competition at the moment). Depending on how he shapes up, he may see time not just to cover a bye, but could see matchup specific starts. |

22.12 Robinson, Keenan WAS LB He’s a three-down inside linebacker for a team that has shown the ability to support two start-worthy players at that position. Pectoral injuries have held him back in previous years, but now he’s healthy and ready to go. I also considered [undrafted"] to fill my backup LB slot, but I think Robinson has a better chance of hitting his upside projection." |

22.14 Blue, Alfred HOU RB Just taking a chance here, If Foster goes down Blue will see some play time. He's listed as the number two on the Texans official depth chart. I'm a little surprised he was still available really. Ehh it's wort a shot. |

23.01 LaFell, Brandon NEP WR I have read a few things about Brandon and Tom getting along well and that tom likes having a taller target at wide out. Well if any of that's true this could end up being a great pick. I probobly should have taken Roy Helu though. |

23.03 Asiata, Matt MIN RB He may not be the most talented running back, but he’s the fairly clear backup to Adrian Peterson. As such, he has clear value to my team. Given my lack of depth at the position, an injury to one of my top two RBs is likely to be very painful. Having" AP’s handcuff will mitigate that downside at least slightly" |

23.04 Clowney, Jadeveon HOU LB This is purely a spec pick. Despite being the #1 player in the draft, pass rushers tend to have a longer learning curve than other positions. If Clowney somehow catches lightning in a bottle in his rookie season, it could be a good year. |

23.06 McCoy, Gerald TBB DT I generally prefer DE's but McCoy probably ranks only second to Gino Atkins as an interior type. A reasonable pick in round 23 |

23.07 Brown, Bryce BUF RB I have one slot left that I can draft an offensive player with. I think Brown is the actual RB to have if Spiller goes down, and from what I know of him he has enough talent to actually put up good fantasy numbers if given the chance. There are ome RB's out there who aren't worth owning even if they do get the starting gig. I don't think Brown is one of those. His career numbers are 190 for 878, 4.6 ypc, 6 TD. |

23.08 Rodgers, Richard GBP TE I need a backup for Camerons bye week. He may not be the TE to own in this offense but I figured I would give him a chance. I could be scrambling to the WW if this doesnt work out as Cameron is off early. |

23.09 Murray, Latavius OAK RB He is to be behind MJD and DMF in the pecking order at the start, but considering the health of the latter two could be a huge question mark he might end up getting much more time or even starting for Raiders. He is of course my late round flier here. |

24.02 Mathieu, Tyrann ARI S Got a text that I had timed out on my previous pick and that I was up again. I remembered there was a safety I was looking at the other day. 24.06 Verner, Alterraun TBB CB Though I tended to draft safeties rather than corners for my DB positions since I am in belief safeties typically could generate more points than corners, I still used my last pick of this year for someone I am nowhere close to being familiar with. |

24.09 Elam, Matt BAL S Once again, threw a bunch of names into a queue, and came up with Elam. His rookie season last year was decent, and supposedly he was playing out of position.Moving to strong safety this year, I'm expecting Elam to make strides and improve on last years showing |

24.10 Gould, Robbie CHI PK 24.10 Robbie Gould, PK, CHI - I could probably do better than Gould if I wanted to do the research, but I'm just following my gut that CHI should be scoring a lot of points this year, so I'm hoping he sees a lot of opportunities. |

24.11 Novak, Nick SDC PK I had to take a kicker here to replace Prater. Novak is nothing special but not bad either. I'll keep him for awhile and see how he's doing compared to Prater when he comes back, unless I have some pressing injuries. |

24.12 Thompkins, Kenbrell NEP WR Though other names are being hyped more heavily in the New England receiving corps, Kenbrell Thompkins is the guy who has been starting throughout the preseason. Presumably, the targets will be spread around in this offense, but I figure I’ll give Thompkins at least one week to prove me wrong. Other names were certainly considered, but a sixth WR made the most sense from a roster construction standpoint. |
