Found it. I am charging electronics stuff now in anticipation of the big thunderstorm that is coming so I will put the pieces in place once it passes.
Draft slot 1 will be the winner of the Toilet Bowl.
Draft slots 2 through 6 will be comprised of non playoff teams sorted by reverse of the previous regular season's points for total.
Draft slots 7 through 13 will be comprised of playoff teams sorted by the reverse of the previous season's playoff seeding.
Draft slot 14 will be the winner of the previous season's playoff.
The draft will maintain the same order every round throughout (it will not snake).

question on keepers. I don't recall is there is a precedent.
The rules say that if I have three keepers who each command a round #3 pick, then picks 2,3,4 must be used. That is clear.
But what if I keep three players who command picks 2, 3, and 3. Since I have two 3rd rounders and my 2nd round pick is already used, does the extra 3rd rounder drop to round 1, or does it back up to round 4 (using the straddle rule, since the 2nd round slot is not available)?
Here is the language in our rules:If two players on the same fantasy team are drafted in the same round and then kept, one of them counts as the next lowest (numerically) draft pick in the subsequent draft. If three players on the same team require forfeiture of equal draft rounds to be kept, the owner forfeits that round's pick, plus the two picks from the straddling rounds.

This adjustment applies only to players injured through preseason week #3 games. We'll "protect" a team who keeps or drafts a player before his week #3 game and who is injured in that game (or, in the case of a keeper, between the keeper date and the end of preseason game #3). If you are in that situation, you'll have a limited time to make a substitute pick - but only from the player pool still remaining. A replacement keeper pick must be based on the league rules for keepers, and the substitute keeper must still be available in the undrafted player pool at the time of the substitution.
So, for example, if Tim Tebow is drafted by Team X prior to his game on Aug 25, and Tebow is injured in that game, then Team X can jettison Tebow and substitute any other player who is still in the undrafted pool at the time of the jettison. This, however, must be done by the end of Monday (August 27).
While this obviously isn't complete insurance, it is designed to keep the draft moving during that first weekend. And it's certainly better than being stuck with an eventual free agent to replace an early draft pick. Hopefully, this situation will never come into play.
I'm sure there can be tricky situations, and we may just need to leave it to the commish to resolve those as equitably as possible if/when they arise.

There's one rule I always forget, hoping someone can clarify it.
If I draft a player in round 20, but then release him to free agency, and the player then sits as a free agent for a few weeks. If I then pick the player up (after sitting on free agency for multiple weeks), and I keep the player for the rest of the season, can I keep that player at a round #24 value, or is he kept at the round #20 value (where I initially drafted him).

Teams 9-14.
Current:
Teams ranked 11-14 go into a playoff bracket for winner who gets #1 draft slot
Teams 9 and 10 play one game for what? Seems kinda dumb.
Proposal:
All teams ranked 9-14 play first weekend.
Top 4 scoring teams go into playoff bracket (semis and finals). Reseeded by points scored. Winner gets #1 draft slot
Bottom two scoring teams play for places 13/14.

Playoffs don't start until week #15 this year, and will cover weeks 15-17. For situations like this, we usually follow the RIFC league rules (unless we have specific rules to the contrary.) Here is the RIFC playoff setup for this year:The regular season will cover NFL weeks 1-14. For the first 13 weeks, all teams will be scheduled for doubleheaders, and will face each other team twice during these 13 weeks.
After 13 weeks, the top 6 teams by W/L will be locked into a playoff slot (with seeding yet to be determined based on overall results through weeks 1-14). The final two playoff slots will be based on total points for weeks 1-14.
For week 14, only the top 6 teams in the W/L standings will have head-to-head matchups. The other teams will continue to play, but will compete only for total points.
Teams ranked 1-3 by W/L face each other in week 14 matchups (1 vs 2, 1 vs 3, 2 vs 3). Those teams will then be seeded as the top 3 in the playoffs, based on total W/L records for the entire regular season, including week 14.
Teams ranked 4-6 by W/L face each other in week 14 matchups (4 vs 5, 4 vs 6, 5 vs 6). After week #14, the team (of those three teams) with the best overall W/L record (for all 14 weeks) will be seeded #4. The other two teams will still be playoff bound, but will be seeded based on total points.
Teams ranked 7-14 will compete for total points only in week 14. They will have no stated matchups for that week. After week 14, the two of these teams with the highest total points for the whole season will be added to the playoffs.

Copying my reaction from the other thread:
I prefer keeping the #1 draft slot for 11-14 teams than giving the 9-10 teams (who generally would have better odds at winning given their reg season performance). 9-10 teams barely missed playoffs, they don't need to steal #1 slot from an even more needy team.

Keep the Toilet Bowl bracket unchanged, for teams seeded 11-14, with winner getting the top draft pick.

Seeds 1-3 based on W/L:

It does not appear that any scoring adjustments posted on Thursday will change this seeding, even though one game was settled by just 0.18 points.
The #4 seed is the team with the best record of the 4-6 teams. That's my team.
The 5-6 teams based on W/L are Oaktown and twolves. Of the other teams, the two with the most points are Luxury tax and TD Dragons. Those four teams are seeded based on points, and it is unlikely that scoring corrections will have any impact on those seedings.
So the remaining seeds are
4. Guru
5. Oaktown
6. Luxury Tax
7. TD Dragons
8. Twolves
I will set up the championship bracket shortly.
The remaining teams will be slotted into the various consolation brackets.
Remember that teams must start two RBs each week during the playoffs. (The bye week flex option is over.)

Remember that, during the playoffs, blind bidding occurs at 3pm ET on Thursday. The delay is to allow stat corrections to be processed before bidding takes place.
Only managers in the championship bracket may submit bids. Bid $ have been adjusted in accordance with seeding. Starting at 6pm ET Thursday, all teams still active in any playoff bracket (champ & consolation) may do FCFS free agent add/drops.
