BMD - I'm sure Eat Acid or Todd could hold up if it got to them before you checked back in Monday afternoon. If nothing else, I could definitely hold up if I didn't know for sure if they could, but I'm sure it won't be a problem.

I'll hold up for anyone that needs it, its no sweat, especially since I don't get the guy anyways ;) I really think the point is moot though. I bet that there are 3 more 24 hour time-outs to go. Its really disappointing, I understand screwing up a draft because your life gets in the way, but you apologize and take steps to make sure it doesn't happen again. If there are 4 dead teams in this league its really going to screw up the competition, as whoever plays them more will have a decided advantage. Why join a keeper league if you can't stick around?

Sorry for the hold up. I don't get out of football until 6:30p.m. CT. So I'm going to be gone from 7:30a.m. CT to 6:30p.m. CT everyday during the week from here on out. I don't really want to go on auto, but if it gets to the point where we are running out of time(IIRC, we need to finish by August 29th) then I'll go on auto.

Peter, there's no need to rush on my account. I would rather have pushed the start of the draft off at least a week to allow injuries and postition battles to clear themselves up a little.

This draft has been real rough on me. Wanted Green, really wanted Rodney Harrison, Rod Gardner woulda helped in the Fun-N-Gun, have a bad feeling that Alexander is going to be an absolute stud, my only RB isn't even a guaranteed starter. All good things must come to an end I suppose.

EA, How can you complain about your roster...
Garcia, (likely top 3 QB)
Owens and Moss.. Could easily be 1-2 as recievers and Moulds as your #3... Some teams would like Moulds as their number 1...
RB you are a little thin.. with Fragile Freddie and the Rookie, but Deshaun will play...
That said.. I like your team better than I like my own.... Although I feel your pain on the draft, it is tough drafting at the bottem....

That was a goodie last year, Garcia for the #14th overall pick after keepers, from swoosh. I needed a QB bad. Baseball in Steve's league has been even better:
Dempster/Rupe for Mulder coming off the DL
Lawton for Astacio
Guardado after 30 saves for me for Washburn
Throw in drafting Colon and Glavine and you can build a Sandbox staff while drafting all the hitting you need.
Right now I think I'm going to be about the 4th/5th best team after this draft. Steve, you, and Roy are stacked, and Peter and a couple of darkhorses are right there.

Bookie I keep having the same problem myself. Set up a quick queue with Toomer, Olandis Gary, and Laverneous Coles. They were promptly taken 3 of the next 4 picks.
After that I decided to concentrate on defense and my first choice was...thats right Zach Thomas.
