Too much value, I hope, in Chambers to let him go. I hope that the arrival of Booker is a benefit to Chambers in both some leadership and his perhaps not allowing teams to double Chambers exclusively. Could do worse as a 2nd WR, however Chambers is definitely a "Bust" candidate - but the upside is worth some risk.

It's not a bad idea THK; so that people will know to get ready to pick once the players clock has expired. However, for the majority of the owners it would become uneeded. It would probably be wise to post half way through their aloted time, when their clock runs out.

I wouldn't mind seeing it moved down to about 5 hours, in order to keep a good flow to the draft; but even if we don't, the current pace is almost on target I believe.

Am I to interpret this correctly that we need 3 IDP's? Does this mean that one of them MUST be a DL? Otherwise it can be of any position? May you choose NOT to have IDP's of any position?

until now the clock is officially not suspended, but I think we should not watch too close at it this weekend since we have made good progress last week and with this pace we should finalize the draft by friday.

How will Lineup Changes be handled Each owner can make their own lineup changes. Each player locks 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of his game.
How will Pickups be handled Each owner can make their own pickups How are pickups made: Waiver Wire - Lowest in the Standings. Run waiver wire every Wednesday Night (The waiver wire runs between 11:30 pm and 5 am et).
Players dropped the day the waiver wire runs will not be awarded that run - they will be awarded the following run. For example, if a league chooses to have their waiver wire run on Tuesday nights, all players dropped from teams in the league that day will not be awarded that night, they will be awarded the following Tuesday night. This rule is in effect for all leagues using the waiver wire and cannot be adjusted. It is in place to make the process fairer by giving each team time to see who was waived.
All players who are not claimed on waivers become free agents after the waiver wire runs. As free agents they are available on a first come first served basis. In other words, teams are free to pick them up immediately. The players will remain free agents until the first game of the week starts.
Players who are dropped as part of the waiver wire process will not be free agents. And, players dropped between the time the waiver wire runs and the start of the first game of the season are not free agents. All of those players will be on waivers.
How will Trades be handled Each owner can make their own trades How are trades made: Proposal System Number of votes required to veto the trade: 7 Number of days that the trade is held open for voting: 2 The weekly deadline for trades to be executed: The start of the first game.
The season deadline for trades: Jan 2, 2005
two questions remain: 1) what happens on the timeframe between the end of the draft and the first week. Are the undrafted players landing on waivers (and for how long) or are they free agents - I am waiting for response from Rotoworld on this 2) should there be a trade deadline earlier in the year (after week 12 or 13 = our playoff start)

on request I'll officially suspend the clock until Monday morning
