I think the first round is from AP10's and Ikes roster. Can be found on the last HCKL thread. Not to sure about from there on.

Draft is two hours. It may not be done in time even with that time limit.
The draft is open to all available players.
The draft will be posted on the boards only. I disabled the league site draft because there are two supplemental picks. However the league site will be a useful tool to check to see who's available, as I will try to update rosters daily.
Not sure about dgrooves... weve always had time limits in AP10's drafts. This is nothing new.
Lazio's time is up and can make his pick anytime. dgrooves is on the clock until 11am EDT.

I still can't figure out how to get a list of free agents from the stie. Any help would be appreciated... drafting seems difficult to manage... our super-tight time per pick only makes it worse.

Sign in using the username and password that was emailed to you.

In the center bottom frame of the league page there is a searchable directory of free agents.

I got a response from dgrooves. He made it clear again he will not draft at all if there is a 2 hour time limit.
I dont know what to do. This league fell into my hands and Ive done the best I can. Ive put up $60 of my own money for the site, and I will NOT be happy if this collapses.
What can we do about the draft? Can we schedule a live draft this weekend?

Personally I would prefer a live draft at this point... it's about the only way I can cope with this league and all my others... this one is particuarly tricky because you have to keep track of who the keepers were, etc.

This really blows the way it is going now.
I will put in a vote for a live draft. If we go the live draft route I would only be available for an evening draft. I have to work one holiday a year and this is my holiday.

I should be good for tomorrow night, I need to check on the rest of this week. Sat I might have to go to Detroit for a job and Sun thru Tues might be in Topeka, KS for a job and Tuesday thru Thursday of next week I know for sure I will be in Albany, NY for a job. Other than that I should be good for a live draft. ;)

what time of night are we talking about here? We all live in different timezones and this is going to be impossible with all of our international players.
What kind of clock could dgroooves live with? Or do we try and find a replacement. Other options we reduce to each def position to 2 instead of 3.
I also don't want to see the league die.

This is retarded. dgrooves wont play in a slow 2-hour draft, and wiggs wont play in a live draft.
I asked dgrooves what he would need in a draft to meet his schedule, but he didnt reply.
I did my best, but this league is done.
I've asked xpertleagues for a refund of my $60. If they refuse, I would like to be compensated for my loss.
I'm sorry this didn't work out.

I agree league is dead. Nerf, thanks for taking over, I think we knew the league was in trouble from the start. The keeper league was fun for a year. I wish it didn't have to die, but we are just out of time here. Best 3 rb I have ever had priest, duece and j. lewis. What a shame I didn't get to play the league. I wanted a shot at lazio.
Nerf, I hate to say it, but I think the baseball league will also look like this next year unless someone is willing to setup again. I hate to say this even more, but I think THK was ahead of the curve on that one.

Out of curiousity, why is TPKL hosted where it is as opposed to a free site like Yahoo? I found the website was difficult to navigate. It also had no feature that showed which starters were pitching on what day, which meant I had to cross-reference with another website to set my lineups, etc... which doesn't sound like a big deal but it was really a pain in the butt.

Doug, on your teams home page, it has a link under all the drop down menus. Projected Pitchers, and also Batters opponents.
I think in part the site gives the commish better control, and also is easier to collect week to week stats for each team.

Thanks for sticking with it this long guys. I got my refund so it's all good.
Anyways, the baseball league will be okay if everyone is contacted early. Since I already have a handle on it there will be no question on who is in control. Still, I hope AP10 can come back next year and shephard us in some way :)
