If your over a hundred points behind your trash talking won't hold water. JHHH back in the running, miracles do happen.

Buddy soaring up the rankings and Spann might as well go make the wife happy?

Big Night tonight.....

Is it going to be the Brian Westbrook Show? Figures though...Westbrook all the way down the field and "the people's champ" gets the TD.

Hobdy is the only guy I know who's guy gets him 35+ points and he complains about a dropped pass and 3 extra point he could have had and calls the guy a punk...Yes you are "Greeedy GrAAdy".

Westbrook will be huge. I figure around 30+ today.

Westbrook hasn't really been lighting it up. Mitchell is though. I hope all of you Culpepper holders are cringing!! Two picks. Minnesota looks terrible, but Philly isn't looking all that great either, but they are scoring.

I need a huge game out of my remaining players. Minnesota looked terrible. Even super-mouth had a poor game. Boo-hoo, I feel real bad for them. NOT. So far I am 3-3 in my predictions for the week. I just hope that my players decide to perform for me this week. I am down a huge amount, but should be near the top after this game. With a QB, RB, and 2 WR's left, I should get some points back. Hope it is enough. I just need to be within reach, because I will have a full lineup for the SB!!

Mike, looks like your assuming a little too much. You act like you've already figured something out the rest of us havn't? Just because you have a strategy doesn't mean it will work every time.

Remember your still the Clyde, no one suddenly gifted you with a brillant Fantasy mind. The Survivor Win was nice and you got a little Lucky like all winners. Keep your feet on the ground and go make me a PopTart!!!!

Shak Daddy sure is quiet? Probably out spending his Survivor paycheck or maybe he turns into a pumpkin when he's getting that booty whipped?

Who's next, I leave Buddy alone since he's in the lead. Big Ted moving up into 7th place..nice.

Didn't I warn you boys that Manning would get spanked by Big Bill...

The big mover this week was none other then JHHH with a big 136.5, brings him back too life from the brink of dispair. The real McCabe showed up this week and let a whole bunch of people back in the ballgame?

I guess that's enough. I'm hanging around...look out!!!

Well there goes my theory out the window. I am still in it, I think. You don't need anymore pop-tarts Ed. I was only expressing myself and my theory. Worked in the most part. I still like my chances. Indy looked worse than Minnesota did. Very uncharacteristic. I guess they have some kind of serious bad mojo going on in New England. Kinda like you beating the Tribe in baseball. OUCH, that has got to hurt!!

All N.E. did was cover-two Wayne and Harrison and played Stokely one-on-one with Brown and instead of changing their gameplan, they kept trying the same things over and over. Belichek knows how to shut them down, they never took shots down the field. At least try and win by doing what you normally do, they were dinking passes to James and Stokely, played right into N.E. defense.

I still got Brady, Vick, McNabb,Westbrook, Dunn, Duckett, Bettis yet to play, I think quite a few people have already played those Rb's. I need to make up some ground, not likely to win this, but I thought the same thing last year, so who knows.

Those of you saving the Indy players have got to change strategies now...good luck

Sure, I've been through that town a few times with my parents. The whole area was a big sports network, that was the good part, most of the schools in the area produced a number of quality players in the NFL and MLB.

The Real McCabe thats funny rednecks, I am just here to make things interesting for the rest of you until the other McCabe breaks it open in the SuperBowl. I knew Freddie Mitchell was going to have a huge game (almost 3 td's) but I have to save my eagles for the big game. Hometown symptom may lead to my downfall, but who the heck cares about fantasy if your real team loses 4 straight NFC champisonship games. How many points did Manning and Wayne get this week? Good thing all you guys saved them for the championship, gotta get to work now.

I do my homework Joe, You still got quite a few players left and so does Buddy, it will be hard to catch you boys, but you still got to play the right guys.

Especially if it comes down too Philly against NE, which it looks like happining.

Brady or McNabb? Do you have a RB left to play? Do you start Branch, Givens, Patton, Mitchell, Pinkston, one of those guys will have a good game.

I don't see anyone making up more then 25 points in the SB, unless someone trys to keep all their RB's for the SB.

I've been impressed with the picks so far and I can see most everyone has played for a while.

Surprise starters so far: Friske: Jets last week, Shak: Plummer, RBP: Faulk last week, Sanders: Cleeland last week, very strange?

Just giving you boys something to read, not bothered If it's right or wrong, just my opinion.

Later....

Joe, Mitchell hasn't had a huge game all year and you knew he would be huge with T.O. out. It was a 50/50 chance that Pinkston or Mitchell would have at least one TD, he looked nice, and caught a fumble in the inzone and fumbled away another on the goal line. He is the unknown this week, was it a fluke against a weak "d" or is Pinkston the man this week...it will still be Westbrook.

Try and pick the top WR in N.E. this week and I'll believe you are the Guru. I guess you got a 33 percent chance of being right.

We will see which Joe shows up this week....

Ted your right I had a better curveball then Zito, but I could never get it across the plate because it broke so much (useless). Plus with a 65 mph fastball I might as well have underhanded it.

I remember you used to count how many bones you broke instead of tackles. My kid brother was one hell of a High school football player, I would say there are numerous guys who never made it huge that were better then a lot of these guys in the NFL....I know the Moose as big as he is was probably a monster in High School. Then you got guys like Hobdy, who was too busy mowing peoples lawns and making money to use his talent for a better purpose. Memories of the colors of my life.....Okay I've bored you enough with the walk down memory lane. I feeling Old all of a suddden?

Burress will never go large against N.E., Roth throwing the ball looked terrible last week and If manning had trouble then I would think he's got no chance.

It looks like snow in both games this week with Philly getting the worst of it. I would say that if it's terrible out then that plays into the running teams hands a little more. Brady can beat you deep, dinking 5-10 yard passes, or running the ball. I would think that if anyone would struggle because of the weather then it would be the Eagles. Atlanta has the best rushing game in football with Pitt right behind them. I would be surprised If Roth has a good game. I would say the Philly/Atl game is a toss up and it could go either way.

Ednecks, I am a huge eagles fan, so I was being optimistic. If I was not saving Mitchell for the superbowl I would have started him then. He had an average season at best because he never gets the ball. But if you follow his short unproductive career, he always shows up big at the right moments wwhen they need him the most. "First down freddie", "sultan of the slot", "hollywood"."

Ednecks said "I would think that if anyone would struggle because of the weather then it would be the Eagles. Atlanta has the best rushing game in football with Pitt right behind them........."

While the eagles were 24th in the league in rushing, they were 10th in yards per rush with 4.4 yards, not to shabby. Yeah Atlanta is a better rushing team, two above average running backs and a great running QB, who cant throw (2,300 yds passing, 14 td 12 int). But keep in mind that the six games Trotter started as MLB before the Eagles rested the first strings at the end of the season, Philadelphia's defense lowered their rushing yards per game to 83.5 from 130.6. Only the Giants' Barber rushed for over 100 yards against that D. And as far as the weather helping the Falcons out, that is just plain silly. Philly is the cold weather team that is use to these conditions. They do not having the comfort of playing in the dirty south under a dome, with a carpet like the Falcons. The only receiver we have to really be concerned with is a TE, who will likely have the problem of dealing with Dawkins most the night. That is when Dawkins and the rest of the D is not blitzing the heck out of Vick. Sorry i got off topic for a little bit, my bad. Either way, I see no way possible the weather giving the advantage to the Falcons. I also see a convincing Eagles Victory. If we can get a comfortable two score lead early, Vick will have to start throwing the ball, and that is when he screws up with our 75% probowl backfield (our best CB did not make it to the pro bowl) Now, dont get me wrong, anything can happen, I just dont see this resulting in a 4th straight NFC loss for the EAGLES to a team that has only scored 3 more points this season then they have given up.

I said they might struggle, i never said they would lose, I still think they will win the game, You are never sure how a team will respond to the weather. I was trying to say that if a team has to depend on their rushing game then Philly will have a harder time then the rest of the teams. I don't believe it will come down too that. I do think Vick is the key, If they can stop him rushing the ball then the Eagles will win easy.

With the eagles all out Blitzing scheme, sure he will probably throw a INT or Fumble the ball, but Dunn or him will burn that Blitz at least two or three times during the game.

I do think the Eagles will be more balanced and win the game, but they did not look very good the other day....I'm not totally convinced like I am in the Pitt/NE game.

I Like McNabb and he will win the SB with a healthy T.O. but it won't happen this year.

I said I might be wrong!! It's only a opinion and I'll say I'm right more then I'm wrong.

Oakland beating Denver in a Snow storm. Jacksonville going too GB in below zero weather and winning. SD going into Cleveland winning in a snow storm with only throwing 5 passes the whole game.

Can Dome and fair weather teams win in the cold, sure they can. What was the difference in most of those games, they dominated the game on the ground. OAK/DEN game was just a shootout!

I still think the Eagles will win, just giving you something to think about.

History really means jack to me at this point. The Bucs never won in freezing temp. until they beat Philly, and no team has ever lost this many consecutive home NFC championship games. I realize anything can happen. Me and History dont really get along. I am about to lose power here so I will have to finish this later.

So much for all of my theories and strategy. I will not have a QB for the SB. Hell, I will barely be able to get a lineup in. Next year, I won't be going with my gut feeling. I am a person of stats and had no idea what I was doing this year with feelings!!

Atlanta looked horrible. Philly just dominated them after their final score, which was in the first half. Completely shut them down. I didn't stay up for the NE V Pitt game, but from the stats it was a huge game.

I believe it was mentioned before that the superbowls aren't notoriously high scoring affairs, so I think I am out of contention. 60 points back and no QB, of course I am out of it!!

Superclydes...............after you lecture I was sure you would have a complete team for the SB. NO QB, going to be tough. I am speechless. Can someone direct me to the scoring method for D. 14 points for the patriots seems a little low. 3 INT one for an 87 yard td, one sack and a fumble recovery. Not trying to be greedy, but....... Is it based upon points given up as well. Ill Be back.

Yes, the incredible backfire did happen for me. I could have easily had a QB for the SB, but being so far back in the points, I had to take a gamble last week. Oh well, $10, but worse is eating crow!!

Biged back in the running. I was 29 points behind last year and sitting in the same position? It will be tougher this year to make up 24 points, but you never know If I select the right player that goes off. I have a QB (McNabb) You should be spanked for not having a QB in the SB, I know a gamble is worth it sometimes, but last week with all the snow and bad weather it was going to be tough to go large against very good defenses, so any of the QB's were a good play I thought....Vick turned out to be the loser of the three. I had him started at first and only changed it too Brady after I saw the weather report!!

I'm pretty sure this is between the top 5 teams and the top three having a clear cut advantage going into the SB. I see Buddy or McCabe winning it, it will take a big day from one of the recievers fo someone to make up 30 or more points.

Good Luck....
