Salary Cap: $200
Any outstanding bid(s0 will reduce your available funds by the amount of the bid, until you either win the player in question or are outbid for that player.
Submit bids in excess of your available funds, and a $5 fine (reduction of your team salary) shall be imposed.
All positions (10 starters and 5 Bench) must be filled. Minimum salary for any player is $1. Max, is $186. (Leaves $14 for your other 14 spots.)
A player shall be deemed "won", once 8 hours have passed without any bidding upon that player. When a manager wins a player, that manager will name the next player on the board. The action of naming a player, shall constitute a $1 for that player by the naming manager. (If the winning of any given player fills your squad with 15, then that manager with the fewest filled roster spots AND holding insufficient current highbids to fill their roster, will name the next player on the board.)
Bidding format is as follows:
Player Name, Position, Team, $ Bid, Bidding Manager
Use the bolding as it makes it MUCH easier to follow/track the action.
Bid clock will be suspended from midnight (as posted by the rotoguru timestamp) until 8 am (as posted by the rotoguru timestamp), daily. Exception being Saturday and Sunday. Clock will then suspend from 6pm (18:00)until 8 am.

Brief "lesson" on the 24 hr clock might prove helpful to some in determining when a bids 8 hrs are up:
Bid time plus 800 = 8 hrs later.
0800 = 800 = 1600
If the result goes past the 6pm Sat/Sun eve, then you have to add the clocks suspension time as well (1400 hrs.)
1300 +800 = 2100
2100+1400 = 3500
Since the result is over 2400 (past midnight), subtract 2400
3500 - 2400 = 1100
so at 11am the next day, that 1 pm from the previous days bid has had 8 clock hrs go by.
Since Mon-Fri night, the clock doesnt suspend until midnight (2400), it is only "off" for 8 hrs.
So a bid submitted at 6pm on a Tues for ex
1800+800(8 hrs for the bid to be on the clock) = 2600
2600+800(8 hrs for the clocks suspendsion overnight)=3400
3400-2400=1000 so 10 am wed, that 8 hrs is up.
Heres hoping that is more informative, than it is confusing.
