0 Subject: RIFC AA Draft Discussion

Posted by: VP. - [4067273] Fri, Aug 18, 2006, 06:04

This is basically Guru's message, with some editing for our league specifics:

The exact time the draft clock will be started has not yet been determined. I will open the draft room as soon as the league is full, and the clock will most likely be started the following morning at 7am EDT. I will make a post in this thread when that day has been determined with certainty, but we should be able to start early next week barring unforseen circumstances!!

The draft clock will be set at 6 hours, with a moratorium from 11pm-7am EDT. If the clock expires, the next person in line will get to draft, and the skipped drafter will make up his skipped pick whenever he can. The clock will continue to run on weekends.

People at the endpoints of the draft have only one single time limit to make their consecutive picks.

IMPORTANT:
We will maintain a draft discussion thread here. If you know that you have pending time constraints, please post them in this thread. (e.g., "I'll be away until 6pm ET, so if my pick is due before then, you'll have to wait.") To the extent that you can alert everyone to potential availability issues, you can help others to plan their check-in times accordingly. That's simply good draft etiquette.

If you know you will be away when your next pick is likely to be due, you can can set up a queue in kafenatid and designate one of more managers to pick on your behalf. Your queue will not be visible until it is your turn to pick. By default, I am able to submit picks for anyone, but you should designate me so that I receive the email alert when it is your turn.

When drafting, there is no need to draft every position. For example, if you want to skip a kicker, be my guest. However, the software will force you to fill each of the 14 active slots when you set your lineup for each game. You will not have the ability to leave an active slot blank, so plan your bench needs accordingly.

Any picks made after the draft room opens but prior to the draft clock starting morning are discretionary, and not timed. There is no need to get an early start - but feel free to do so, if you are so inclined.

A final caveat: Please refrain from mentioning undrafted players, either in this thread, or in your posted rationale.

Kafenatid is now open to make picks if it's your turn or to set up a que. The 4 hour clock will start tomorrow at 7AM EDT.

Remember to set your designated pickers. It is recommended that you set the person in front and behind you in the draft as your DPs. I'll be monitoring the site from about 12 noon EDT til about 2 or 3AM and will act as DP for anyone during that time period. Your DP can only see your que when it's your pick. Any specific instruction concerning you que should be left on this thread. i.e. "Please only use this que for round x"

Emails sent to rheo, weykool/Rob Thayer, and Doug Bodkin/bbonham2285. All 4 were signed up as of 8/21. Rheo was last heard from on Monday 8/21, but the other 2 signed up early and haven't posted since 8/9 (weykool) and 8/15 (bbonham).

If weykool times out at 11AM, there could be a problem. Do we pass him or stop the clock to either wait for him or find his replacement? I might be pissed if my computer was down and I missed the second pick of the draft. If he is pissed and refuses to play because of it, we're going to be short a team. Hopefully he sees the emails.

Astade already picked.

A Designated Picker will be allowed to make picks, both missed and current, for you. When it is your turn to pick, they will see the same draft interface that you do. The first player in the que should be picked unless otherwise instructed on this thread. As a DP, you will also get an email when it's his turn. Apparently, he has appointed several DPs. If you are busy or unsure what to do, just let someone else do it. As administrator, I'm the default DP for everyone in the league. If you want me to be a DP, designate me as such, so that I get an email. Otherwise, I'll give people time to make their own picks.

So...I don't think the DP should pick for the owner immediately unless he knows for sure the person will be unavailable. The queue should be used by the DP when it becomes apparent that the person will not be around to make their pick within the allotted 4 hours...maybe after 3 hours or something...but not immediately. That's how I feel at least. It doesn't really matter in the first round, but later on blindly following the queue will end up hurting most teams I think...

I guess I should be clear about when I will be checking. As of now I should be able to check once during the nightly layover, and once in the afternoon around 4:00 EDT, so if my pick arrives within roughly 4 hours prior to that time, I should be able to pick for myself :)

I'll post again if this situation changes...because it very well could.

If I have a player in my queue and you are one of my DP's, please take the first player on my queue for me immediately. I will set up a queue if I know I will be away from the computer for a couple of hours and my pick is coming up. I don't want to hold up the draft.

I will not have Internet access from sometime Friday afternoon until late Saturday night. I will set up a large queue for that time period.

Yeah VP, re: post 41.I made those picks this morning when I was still half asleep. I set my alarm for 6:55 and only stayed awake long enough to start the clock and when I saw that weykool had picked overnight, I got all excited and just blindly hit the select button 3 times. Good thing all the ques weren't full, this draft might be half over by now. Which would not be such a bad thing as Kafenatid currently projects our draft to be completed on 9/23, over two weeks into the season.

I'm going too assume anytime I get an email that I'm to be the DP. I'll give up to an hour or so, but that's why commuication on this thread is so important. I'm going to guess that bbonham will time out also, since he is MIA for about 48 hours now.

Look at how well the other RIFC leagues communicate on their draft discussion threads. Also, by loading up ques and using them, we'd have a shot at getting this done on time. The que system can really move things along.

As I understand it, if your queue is made available and it is your pick, then DP's can go in and pick the top person in your queue for you. And they can/should do it right away if it's out there. If you don't want that to happen, make your queue Unavailable. Or don't have a queue.

If you're going to be out awhile and there are two pickers ahead of you, then make a 3 person queue. It may take a little extra thinking, but it will help move the draft along.

Just some info from an outsider...

Check this thread, as your issue has come up before...

In the first RIFC, a manager missed his 1st and 2nd round pick (14th and 15th selection). Start at about post 60 in the above thread and go to about post 78. For a snapshot, though, we simply finished the 1st two rounds and gave the missing manager the highest rated RB and the highest rated remaining player in between the 2.14 pick and the 3.01 pick (based on average draft position in Antsports). The manager who missed the first two rounds ended up with Tiki Barber and Terrell Owens, and won the regular season title.

I posted a message looking for a replacement manager on a couple of sites. We need to proceed with the draft. At some point between his second pick and the end of round 2, we will be forced to place 2 undrafted players on that team so we have a shot at keeping this team competitive.

Please continue the draft and I'll email KKB to find out how to skip him and add 2 players later.

In the mean time, we're probably done for tonight, but PLEASE everyone check back first thing tomorrow. I'll get up early (for me) 7AM to try to get this issue resolved ASAP.

Updates will be posted as things progress, so try and check this thread often. I hope to have this thing going again no later than 9AM. Earlier if possible. It depends on getting the info to KKB since I think I'll need his help changing managers.

Here is my thought. Get Pete in AOL league. Can you remove a manager from OTC and replace? Worse come to worse we cna give him the players currently picked and he can say who he wants and you can DP for that spot untilw e cna get Pete in there.

Current picks:
1.01 LaDainian Tomlinson RB SDG TD
1.02 Shaun Alexander RB SEA Rob Thayer
1.03 Larry Johnson RB KAN boikin
1.04 Tiki Barber RB NYG astade
1.05 Rudi Johnson RB CIN VP.
1.06 Edgerrin James RB ARI rheo

If BCB is here why not use him. He misses one pick and everyone shits a brick? It will save a lot of hassle with KCB changing owners anyway.

As I said I will be checking in about twice a day...so no need to wonder where I am in between those times, needless to say I'm not able to be around a computer.

As for the queue issue I posted about. I understand moving the draft along, but if I make my queue unavailable and it comes to be my pick, its going to slow things down even more right? I can make it unavailable, but I don't see how that is going to help things, or am I missing something?

after what happened to pete (and myself) in aaa2, and after what it took to get him to play here, things wouldn't have been pretty if he was banged out again. mjd made the right call as I would have walked away too. This is supposed to be fun, so let's start having some fun. That means that we have a super quick daft and get it done in plenty of time to have WW pickups before the season--even if we have to go to a 2 hr clock or less! ;)

Thank Ref, Fun being the key word here. It was great fun when we rounded the corner yesterday. We knocked out about 8 picks in less than an hour. People hung with us and others had queues set up. That's what it's going to take to get this done. I'm not a quitter, so as long as people want to keep this draft going, I'll do my part.

BTW Ref, I tried to download the free aim program, jumped through many hoops, but couldn't get it loaded. Thanks, any how.

With E-mail notification and queues, we should be fine. This system is much better than drafting on here like we did last year.

Well, I guess it doesn't matter to me all that much if Peter stays...he isn't being bumped "again" though...he had the chance to join early on and declined...had he joined back when he was bumped from AAA we probably would have been able to start the draft DAYS earlier when we were waiting for a 14th.

Now BCB delays the draft a few HOURS and its the end of the world? Personally, and respecfully, I think you're handling the draft a bit poorly so far mjd...you are trying to move things along so quickly that I've already missed out on a pick trade that I probably would have done, and you're making owner invitations that probably shouldn't have been made without further discussion. I understand wanting to get the draft done, but I think you're going a bit crazy.

I know you've got the reputation around here - and the friends - so I'm not going to pretend like I have a chance to win this debate or any of the other ones. Just don't act like I've been any part of ANY of the decisions made so far, because I haven't. You've been acting autonomously for several days. You send me emails to ask what I think, but before I even have a chance to respond decisions are already made...

If timing is so crucial and we're going straight from the queues anyway, then why not just make it a live draft, have everyone prerank players, and get this over with in a couple of hours...that's pretty much the direction we've taken anyway right?

VP,

To get the draft done in a timely fashion, it has to get going. I think mjd is doing the best he can to help you out since you have some spotty connectivity. I think his point is that the guy is gone for 8 days and then shows up in the 2nd round. Better to nip it in the bud now then to have it happen continuously. There were several threads and we got Pete to reconisder and join because the pick was ready to be skipped again. He agrees makes his pick and then the guy comes back. I don't htink what mjd did was out of line considering you were out of touch for awhile and an immediate decision needed to be made for the good of the league.

mjd stepped up when he needed to in order to help the league and you feel slighted. Instead of feeling like your toes were stepped on, we all should be thanking him for making this tough call and let's move on and have some fun. Timing is crucial but let's get the critical early rounds out of the way and see where we stand before going to a short time limit or fast draft. Just my two cents. Hope you don't take my comments the wrong way. I just want to have some fun and enjoy a league where I can just be a manager and not have to worry about commishing! ;)

I was trying to make Peter's 1.09 pick. When I click "home" then, "Draft Home", I could not make any picks. But if I clicked "2006 RIFC AA #1" under "league name", it finally worked.

VP, I have no reputation on these boards, nor do I have an agenda. I just want to play. I knew the decision was no win for me. If I let bbonham have his spot back after Ref talked Peter into playing then they are mad at me and rightly so.

I know that in my last email I sent you, I deferred to you as commish, but after further review, I decided to make what I felt was the only right thing to do. And I figured you'd be unhappy about that. Hence, my no win situation.

I'm not going to apoligize for that. IMO, it was the right call. Anyone who has ever played any fantasy sport on this site knows that the #1 rule is do not disappear for a long period of time. Usually an MIA of 24 to 36 hours warrents being tossed out of a league. This guy shows up 8 days later. Plus, what kind of credability would I have if I let him back in after getting his replacement to agree to play? Had he shown up just 2 hours earlier, I would have let him in. Even Treasonists delayed his pick by over 2 hours in hopes that he might show up.

Sorry that you feel like you got your toes stepped on, but you were not here at the time and a decision had to be made. I stand by that decision and would do it again.

I'm done with that, lets draft.

by the logic on here, as soon as the corner makes their pick they're supposed to leave a 20+ queue so as not to hold things up in case it gets back to them?

no way that I'm leaving a huge queue like that no offense.

Whoever made Ref's pick probably just didn't check in here before choosing. That seems the most likely scenario to me, especially since Rheo said he didn't think he would be back until 10 pm.

I think because Ref or his DP made a pick before Rheo made his pick, it should count. Rheo knew there was a 4 hour clock and didn't make his pick in that 4 hours. Let's resume the draft with no changes.

So the draft is stopped? WTF? He times out after 4 hours and now it's stopped because I pick before him even though I pick like an hour into my time since my DPs didn't select for me? Are we ever going to get through this draft? And, what kind of ruling do we need? He timed out. I had Gates as first in my q. I picked gates. Rheo timed out at 8:53

Reo checked in at 8:55

Refs pick was made at 9:05

Every other draft I've been involved in extended a curtesy if someone checked in before the next pick was made. Especially, since Rheo did use a q for the last round.

I just wanted to stop for a minute to make sure we were fair.

We're good now. Just unfortunate timing for Rheo

When they hadn't, I picked and went back to teh G24 draft situation. Didn't even come to this thread until deepsnapper told me to. I wouldn't have known for a while longer if he hadn't. I understand a little bit now what's up, but still had 10 mins to make the pick I suppose. rheo is cool with it as I would have been in his situation. Well the draft is going again, which is all I really wanted.

I don't think there's any reason for us to get ultra-defensive. We all have plenty of things to do in the run of a day and this is not a pissing for distance contest. Well, not yet anyway. Why don't we just concentrate on the task at hand, and if we need a shorter clock, so be it. 4 hours advance notice would be nice so that nobody times out because of a rule change they don't know.

Didn't want him to quit, but keep the draft going and I'll help find someone to fill the spot and be ready by the time it gets back to him. The problem with allowing anyone who wants in the league to join is that you don't know what you're getting. You don't know about availability, timing or if they will quit and let their team go at the first sign their feelings get stepped on or their team doesn't perform well. I have nothing against rheo, but I'll admit, for not being a commish, I sure have spent a lot of time trying to get good people to join he league.

I was inadvertantly tied up at 8 PM. I didn't get back until right at 9 PM and would have stopped the clock to extend a courtesy to Rheo since his actual post was made before Ref's pick and he did set a q for the last round. When he set his q, we we're going nowhere. I don't expect people to set a 15 player q in the first couple of rounds.

No official notice was given to shorten the clock.

I did stop the clock briefly to review the situation.

No intentional malice, just poor timing for Rheo.

I would suppose that he may have not been totally impressed with your #162 and #165, but instead of putting words in someone else's mouth, I'll just say that I thought you were coming on a bit strong. In any event, he's gone and someone else is replacing him, so I guess it's no skin off my back. Now people, can we please not turn into draft naz!es and alienate more managers? Too much to ask? ;)

GB, perhaps you're right, but how many times has he been skipped now? twice in three picks and I picked for him the other time. The Relax did hit me wrong, but to be fair, he had no way of knowing what was going on before. I don't think a 15 player q is too much to ask ifyou know you're going to be gone. Only fair. Like I said, we've got a guy with a 106 player q in G24 just in case he can't get home tomorrow evening as planned. Now that's going beyond the call of duty! ;)

I'm fine with whatever is decided clock wise. I'll either give a queue to my husband (playing in AAA) or live with the consequences.

I guess that as a player stuck on the turn, it's hard for me to get a long queue in because I might be looking for say: a RB and a TE and with a queue of too many players, I can end up with two at the same position instead of one of each depending on the selections made. So that's why I try to be around and personally select. In any event, that's just a long ramble to say that we DO need to get this done and should make ourselves as available as possible to finish on time.

According to FAQ on Kaf...

What is a Draft Pause?
A Draft Pause is a time frame set up by your league draft admin when the draft clock will be turned off. Picks CAN still be made during a Draft Pause, however the draft clock will not be running. The clock will be turned off at the beginning of the Draft Pause and will pick up where it left off, unless a pick was made during the pause, when the Draft Pause is over.

So we should be at Draft Pause not Draft Stopped, right? I've not admined OTC before so I'm just wondering out loud.

Is Pete and Twarpy in the AOL site yet?

Ref first off I apologize. The relax comment was rude and while I don't take back the message the way I said it was wrong.

I've been in a few of the Guru drafts and it's always the same thing. People want to make sure the draft gets done and I agree with that, but at the same time there's usually an overreaction, like I thought and still think, happened last night.

Why do we have a time limit if you're going to complain when it's used. I'm not advocating abusing it but things happen. At the beginning of the draft you don't know what the pace of the draft is going to be like. I could of adapted my queueing to the pace of the draft (whether I like leaving big queues or not).

I set my queue Wed. night and when I checked in yesterday at noon not much movement had been had and I think the draft was even stopped. I knew I'd be up and checking in during the evening before I headed off to work. Instead I come in to numerous messages of Ref complaining (to put it nicely) about me. Then the pick came.

I thought we had assumed that there was no problem and that there was a misunderstanding. No harm, no foul, play on. Yet you felt the need to go at me once again. Like you said my comment rubbed you the wrong way, your numerous comments rubbed me the wrong way and I made the comment. I shouldn't of said it like I did but I did.

I've never had a problem drafting in leagues here except for here with Ref. I was not happy that he singled me out numerous times. I left a queue it wasn't long enough. I don't like leaving a 20+ person queue because then it's a crapshoot on what I'm going to get and then my team isn't going to be competitive at all.

I'm sure last night I came off as some kind of a suck but I realized that me pulling out would be best for the league (plus I had to go to work and couldn't continue the discussion) Also like I said I do this to have fun and I couldn't see myself having much fun.

I wish all good luck and I'm sure I'll see you in other leagues around here.

FYI - Under QUEUE Management, you can set the "All P players" option to 1 and the designated picker can only take the 1 player displayed at a time.

They can't view the whole queue that way if you decide to put 100 in a queue, they're only shown one at a time. It and the ability to set it to allow a DP to pick from "all players" is a new feature KKB just installed recently to OTC.

VP and I are inputting the players as they are drafted in OTC to the AOL gamesite. With 14 team names in AOL, some are easier than others to idenyify.

I was wondering if people would be willing to make our job easier by going to the AOL site and renaming your team with something close to their Kafenatid handle. Some are already easily ID'ed, but some, especially the one's with no name are more difficult. Once teams are filled, the names can be changed if you like.

I just want make sure that we input all the players to the correct teams.

The AOL gamesite can be found here.

Thanks in asvance for your cooperation

Awesome stuff, folks. We are just past the 1/4 pole, but still have alot of work to do. 92 picks, as of 10 PM. Only 245 left. We are estimated to finish in time for wavers to clear. The weekend will slow some, but we should kick some serious butt next week with our 2 hour clock.

I'll advise you rookies to go to the AOL game site and click a few buttons to familiarize youself with the site. Also check out how the waver wire and claims transactions works. It took me about 2 or 3 weeks to figure it out last year and it put my team at a disadvantage that I never overcame. We have a few experienced players here and I guarentee that they know how it works. Also check your rosters and see posts 228 and 231.

I made boikin's 11.04 pick after he timed out. If he didn't want a QB in consecutive picks, I'll change Brees. That 2nd QB might have been part of his 10.11 Q, but with no instructions, I made the pick.

Boikin, I'll change it, if that was the case.

In the future, you folks near the ends may want to leave instructions on whether it's OK to draft the same position in consecutive rounds or should the DP look for the next highest ranked player from another position listed in your Q. If it's the latter, make sure to click "Make all your Players Available" option in your Queue Management.

I absolutely hate slow drafts! ;)

Anyhow, at least the 2 HR. limit is helping a little. Still would be a little easier if we all had qs, but the bottom of the draft has saved us. We're on schedule to finish soon enough that we can all have time for our waivers to run one complete cycle (two pickups) if we hurry.

Domanick Davis can't be placed on the physically-unable-to-perform (PUP) list.

Under league rules, anyone that passes a team physical to open camp and practices can't be placed on the PUP list. This means Houston would have to release Davis or place him on injured reserve if they don't feel they can use a roster spot waiting for him to get healthy. The most likely scenario is that Davis will be placed on I.R., ending his season. Stay away in fantasy leagues.

Just Willie Parker.

But then I got Reggie Bush, so it's OK. However, I must admit that
some of the names being picked now (including mine), I have
NEVER heard of!

Who is your hometown team? Mine is the EAGLES!

Treasonists ;)

I've had a couple guys get picked out of my q, but I've still been able to go in another direction w/o having to reach too far for position-specific players thus far. Not sure where I'm going next though!

I find that it's getting hard to balance where I want to go as opposed to where I should go to fill up my positions.

As far as people I had targeted in specific rounds, I was thinking of Fred Taylor in the 5th, liked Vilma who went right before my pick, and was going to pick Lundy in the 15th.

Oh, there was another flurry of activity. F_ck! Dan Morgan is gone. I thought he was good value right around now. If he stays concussion free, he's a good pick (IMHO).

Judy, I pegged you as an Eagles fan, right from the start. I guess it takes one to know one. I grew up in South Jersey, 10 minutes from the Vet.

I almost took Morgan with my last pick. Opted for Gamble instead, hoping he might return some punts.

I saw my first Eagles game at Franklin Field in pre Vet days.

Punt returner -- who is thinking of that?? YIPES!

TD and commish, I am off for a few hours -- probably from about
2:30 until 5 or so. I doubt it will get to me, but I only want ONE OF
THE DL GUYS IN MY Q (I listed 3), but i want both WR -- I doubt it
will get around to my second pick before 5 though...After that, just
roll with whatever shows up. After 5 or so, I'm on til it pauses.

RE: EAGLES -- I sat in the last row of Franklin field with my dad on
a freezing cold day in the late 50's. I remember the metal thermos
of hot chocolate we took to try and stay warm. No idea who won!

I live in Eastern Canada so I'm not close enough to any team to have a "home" team. You'd think that I would be a New England fan, as is typical for folks around here. But I can't bring myself to root for them, no matter how pretty I find Tom Brady. I'm a St. Louis fan, and I even liked Mike Martz for a while... although his last year was pretty brutal.

Sorry guys, but I can't really stand the Eagles either, although I did end up with Westbrook.

Fantasy sports has changed who I cheer for. Sad to admit pulling for the Cowboys last year when I had a couple of their players on my fantasy teams.

Are we going to do a draft rationale? I would just do one for our thoughts on the entire draft as opposed to round by round.

I'm from Toledo, so I like the Lions and Browns. Then moved to Texas and now like the Texans. Three teams that have never been to the Superbowl.

I have a feeling that I'll be an Indy fan by the end of the year. How can you not like Peyton Manning, really? I rationalize by saying that I'm allowed an AFC and an NFC team.

We definately do not have time to do a full draft rationale. I think that some leagues have stopped mid-way, as some of the rationales get repetitive, i.e. "best value left on the board", or "he's a rookie with great FF potential if ____________ gets injured", or "he's finally healthy and should have a break out season".

I'd do a general "how things went", favorite picks, who I missed out on, which team I like best (as it probably won't be mine).

326 Rationales are optional for AA. I guess we could do a draft summary if people want.

Re: 326 A draft summary would go something like this (I cut and pasted from a league last year). "You are each invited (though not required) to post your general reflections on the completed draft. Comments may be as detailed or as general as you wish. As a catalyst, feel free to comment on any of the following:

1. What was your plan/strategy entering the draft? Were you able to execute as you had planned?

2. What were your favorite picks? Which do you wish you could do over?

3. Looking over all of the teams, which ones do you like the most (other than your own)?

4. What surprised you most about the draft?

5. If you could start over, would you do anything differently?

Non-managers are also welcome to post general comments on the draft, and to raise questions."

This would be set up on a seperate thread and if enough people express interest, I'll set it up.

GB, Peyton Manning is a great QB, but as an ex-offensive lineman (HS, semi pro), his comments about his O-line after the loss to Pitt in the playoffs would warrent a few "look out" blocks from me, were I one of his O-lineman.

That's one of the few times that he has made non favourable comments about his teammates. That and when he mentioned - during a pro bowl interview - something along the lines of "who cares about what a drunk idiot kicker has to say anyway" in reference to Vandershiat's comments on how Manning and Dungy were too laid back and not competitive enough.

All in all, I think he's a class act. He had nothing but good things to say about Eli in his latest interview (with the NFL network, I believe, or was it PTI?) and even gave out best wishes to the "idiot kicker", now injured in Dallas, on the cusp of getting cut (looks good on him).

Peyton was speaking the truth. Those O-Linemen had been good all year then didn't show up to the biggest game to that point and it meant they went home. They have to be held accountable. He sure praised them all year long when they did well for them. Sure it came off bad, but in the end the blame was laid appropriately. Was he supposed ot lie and say he caused all those sacks and hurried throws? Anyhow, Peyton is the class of the league both on and off the field. Too bad it's the negativism that gets all the press. I am so sick of hearing TO this and TO that!!!

Speaking of TO, did you think he looked smashing in his Cyclist garb? What a wingnut! He had the shirt, sunglasses and helmet... on a f_ckin stationary bike! I thought it showed his sense of humour, although some might say that he was just being an attention wh0re.

In any event, I'm glad I was able to pick up Glenn where I did, given that TO will most likely be double covered all year, whenever he gets around to playing... although he can catch the darn ball double covered or not!

I blew it on Glenn. I should have picked him and then Green, QB. I don't think anyone at the bottom would have picked a 2nd QB. But I was worried about a trade and basically just paniced.

I saw TO in the biker outfit, but it didn't sink in that the bike was stationary. Hilarious.

I know. I think that his attempts to be funny are often perceived in a negative light just because it's TO.

Anyone know where mjd went? He would have said if he was leaving a Q. I'm desgnated to pick for him, but have no idea wha it is he wants to do at this point, as I sometimes don't even know what I want to do!
