I will post the RW once the draft is finished. I don't think I will do a big write-up for that one, though, unless I get the time. No spell-check was used, but I am an Army guy so if you can understand it is good enough even for all you pretty-boy AF goobers. The "Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around" is referring to the guys not listed as projected consistent scorers. Obviously, if they don't score then a team is in real trouble.

WP
1) GCobb
Week 3 has two big guns on bye and week 6 looks scary. Nice QB combo. RB will be good if Green stays healthy and if GB has an offense this year. Lots of question marks on this team.
Players who could disappear weekly: Green, Jacobs, Williams, Davis, and Clark.
Projected Consistent Scorers: Brady, LJ, and Glenn.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Green and Williams.
Positive Outlook: If he can get past week 6, he could go deep with LJ, Brady, Green, Williams, and Glenn leading the way.
Reality: Gone in week 6.

2) TB
Managed byes okay. Doubled up in weeks 6 and 8. Looks weak at QB. Could be deep at RB and WR.
Players who could disappear weekly: Sims, Foster, Taylor, Edwards, Muhammad, and Moulds.
Projected Consistent Scorers: LT, Chambers, and McMichael.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Simms, Foster and Taylor.
Positive Outlook: If team stays healthy, if Sims plays 3/4 as good as I think he can, and if I can get a big game from either Foster, Taylor, Muhammad or Moulds weekly could contend.
Reality: Foster and Taylor get hurt and will likely be gone on a week when none of the WR score a TD.

3) Shak
Managed byes okay. Doubled up in weeks 6 and 7. Looks weak at QB. Very deep at RB.
Players who could disappear weekly: Bell, C. Brown (CB), Bryant, and Smith.
Projected Consistent Scorers: R. Brown, Dunn, and Wayne.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Leftwich/Rivers, Bell, and CB.
Positive Outlook: Needs Bell and CB to be starters all year to win it all. Needs CB to stay healthy and contribute weekly. Bryant was the trendy sleeper pick at WR this year. Alex Smith is still the QB in San Fran. Nuff said. Has enough firepower to win it all if he can generate decent QB points weekly.
Reality: Would be worried about week 6 if Gcobb is already gone. Concerned about the Miami running game. Team could go deep or be a bubble team every Monday night.

4) Gumseller
What kind of nickname is Gumseller? Hey man, can I get some gum? Thanks, fruitylicious. Rookie who didn't quite get the whole bye week thing. Maybe follows the old strategy of get byes done early so team is strong when there are less teams? It's an old strategy because unless there are worse owners early, you don't get to stick around for later. Weeks 4 and 6 are scary. Has nice players at RB, WR, and TE. Bledsoe is looking good too.
Players who could disappear weekly: Taylor, Davenport, and Williamson.
Projected Consistent Scorers: Bledsoe, Barber, and Gonzo with honorable mentions to Walker and Clayton.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Taylor, Walker, and Clayton.
Positive Outlook: Really does have a lot of players with upside and could get the last laugh if he makes it past week 4. Needs Bledsoe to perform like last year, Gonzo to perform like pre-05, and consistent scoring from Clayton, Walker, and Taylor. Lots of upside with receiving corp.
Reality: Should be gone in week 4. If not, will probably talk trash to me all year. The good news is that Taylor gets to run against Buffalo week 4, so maybe Minny finds a rushing attack by then. Davenport will already be on IR by then and with the byes will be counting on Bledsoe, Gonzo, Taylor and Williamson to survive.

5) RBP
Drafted DD in the 2nd round. Yikes! Probably liking Joe's idea already. Unremarkable team, but good bye week management.
Players who could disappear weekly: Addai, White, and Toomer. McCardell is a wildcard with Rivers throwing the ball to him.
Projected Consistent Scorers: Jackson and whosyourmomma.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: McCardell, White, Addai, and Toomer. That is asking a lot.
Positive Outlook: Should be able to survive through the bye weeks if Jackson, Houshmandzadeh, and McCardell can put up the main scoring and can get contributions from the others.
Reality: Not enough firepower to be a champion and could be a team that goes early and allows one of the bad bye-week planners to survive and become a major contender.

6) Grim Reaper
Now that's a nickname. Grim reaper > Gumseller. Great 1-2 punch with McNabb and Alexander (SA). Bye weeks okay doubling up weeks 6 and 7.
Players who could disappear weekly: Rhodes, Barber, and entire WR corps.
Projected Consistent Scorers: McNabb and SA.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Evans and Horn with decent production from either RB2 or WR3.
Positive Outlook: Will be a contender and breeze through the first 8 weeks.
Reality: Lots of potential with Rhodes, Barber, Evans, Horn, Wilford, and Givens but if they don't produce will be in trouble. None will be consistent weekly scorers and could be gone on a week they all fall flat.

7) STB
STB= Super TB? He only wishes.
Solid at the WR/TE position, but thin at RB. Good bye week management with week 6 tripled up.
Players who could disappear weekly: Vick, Anderson, Jones, Lloyd, and Wiggins.
Projected Consistent Scorers: Vick, LJ2, Coles, Heap, and Shockey.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Vick, Jones, and Lloyd.
Positive Outlook: Did you notice that Vick was listed on every list? That's what you get when you draft him. Rolling the dice every week. I like this team a lot even though the RB depth could be thin with Anderson behind Lewis and Musa Smith. Jones and Lloyd were the other two trendy WR picks for FY06. I love Jones and like Lloyd, but there are going to be weeks where one of them gets one catch for 7 yards and that's it. Regardless, there is enough firepower on this team to go very deep. Heap could end up as the #1 TE this year. Bold statement, I know. Top 5 for sure. Too many consistent scorers for this team to not go deep.
Reality: I don't know how he got some many good players. Maybe he really is super TB. Screw it, I am picking him to be champ. It will be the only time Vick ever earns a ring.

8) Joe
Was Culpepper really the 9th QB drafted? He looks good in preseason. Okay bye week management. Week 9 is a concern. Nice depth at RB and WR. Overall a solid team.
Players who could disappear weekly: Lewis, Barlow, Brown, and Bruce.
Projected Consistent Scorers: Cpep, Westbrook, and Ward.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Lewis and Barlow or Brown.
Positive Outlook: The second team in a row I really like. I am not a big fan of Jamal Lewis and I think there are some injury risks/concerns with this team: Westbrook and Lewis specifically, but if they can stay healthy this team can be a dangerous scorer every week. Ward has hammy issues, but he is a player and Reggie Brown could have a break out year. Miller will have some large weeks as well. Barlow is a starter, but I can;t gauge his season yet. The Jets are a big question mark at this point.
Reality: I see Joe being a finalist and maybe champ. On the flip side, Westbrook and Lewis get hurt, Wards Hammy acts up, Cpep takes a shot to the leg, Barlow loses his starting job to Houston, Bruce gets less looks as the running game takes off in St. Louis and the younger WRs get more looks. This team can be boom or bust just that quickly.

9) Midget
Went to the Gumsellers school of cool nicknames. At least you don't own an expensive sportscar to compensate. Seems to have a grasp on the bye week thing and drafted best talent available more often than not. Studs at every position.
Players who could disappear weekly: White, Jenkins, and Price.
Projected Consistent Scorers: Hasslebeck, James, and Moss.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: K Johnson and Cooley.
Positive Outlook: Three teams in a row that I like better than mine. I really like the Hasselbeck/James/Moss trifecta. Edge and Moss will both have a game or two where they disappoint, but I expect big things from both this year. Keyshawn is a good WR2 and Cooley should only get even better this year.
Reality: I think week 9 is when Midget needs to be concerned. Any week that James doesn't score or get big yards could make this a Monday night bubble team if several other players don't contribute. With James and Johnson on byes on week 9, really needs Moss, Hasslebeck and Cooley to step it up. With White sitting 3rd string and Jenkins likely to be WR3 bye then, could be in trouble. Definitely a contender, though.

10) Terry tate
Good bye week management, but holy crap there is a lot of question marks with a lot of players. Portis is hurt, Duckett just got traded and there might be more RB movement in Wash, Porter is a whiny bitch who might not play as much, and Henry has all-world talent on a great offense but might be watching the games from jail.
Players who could disappear weekly: Entire team minus Harrison and Manning.
Projected Consistent Scorers: Harrison and Manning.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Portis needs to be healthy, Dillon (don't lose touches to Maroney), and Burleson.
Positive Outlook: This team will be hit or miss. 100+ points one week and 55 the next. Manning, Harrison, and Dillon should score consistently, but will need Burleson to develop in a solid #2 WR and scoring from other positions to survive. I foresee the larger scoring weeks to be latter in the season so if he can survive early he can go very far.
Reality: I obviously wrote up Gcobbs prediction before I got to this team. Week 6 could be the end. With Dillon and Harrison on a bye, will need a healthy Portis in the line-up to get past this point. If Porter and Henry don't contribute, the point is mute and this team is dead. I see this team leaving in the first few weeks.

11) Steve
Okay bye week management. Weaker QB's than me and that is saying something. Solid WR/TE, maybe the best group of four in the league.
Players who could disappear weekly: QBs and Moats.
Projected Consistent Scorers: Johnson, Droughns, Burress, Smith, Kennison, and Watson.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Quarterback production could be very key to survival.
Positive Outlook: This team is easy to look past until you sit down and do an analysis like I am doing. Then you realize how strong it is. Two solid RB and 4 strong receivers. Could go very deep and could win it all.
Reality: Could be gone weeks 4, 5, or 6 with crappy QB play. Heck, could be gone any week that three or more of the solid players don't perform well because of QBs. If either QB has a career year, will be a tough team to beat. Not likely, but could happen.

12) Mario
Good bye week management. Some question marks in Jackson- health and Branch- Where is he going to play, when, and is he in game shape?
Players who could disappear weekly: Staley and Parker
Projected Consistent Scorers: Jones, Bush and Smith. Should get decent QB production from one or the other most weeks
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Need solid QB play, need studs to score, and need Jackson and Branch to play.
Positive Outlook: If Jackson and Branch are on the field this team can put points up weekly. Both RB have the ability to score large weekly and all the receivers have the ability for huge games.
Reality: Bush and Jones will have some flat weeks. Jackson and Branch are huge question marks. If you play russian roulette long enough, eventually the bullet is going to fire. Same thing is going to happen to this team one week. The bullet will fire and the season will be over.

13) Harmon
RBBC team. Bye week 9 just keeps standing out to me. It's great to have Manning and Boldin, but will need others to step up.
Players who could disappear weekly: Bell, Jones, Williams, Morency, Bennett, and Franks.
Projected Consistent Scorers: Manning and Boldin.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Jones, Bell, and Bennett.
Positive Outlook: Another Boom or bust team. Manning and Boldin should score good every week. Jones should be the starting RB in Chicago and Tatum Bell is the most talented RB in Denver. Williams is electrifying and Morency could very well be the starting RB in Houston even though signs are pointing to Lundy right now. Bennett and Volek were a powerful combo when Volek last got to start and Franks has been a favorite target of Favres in the past. If this was an 18-team keeper league, you would be set.
Reality: This isn't a keeper league. All of the RB could have weeks where they get no carries. Week 9 is scary and could be the end of the line if Bell, Jones, Morency and Bennett don't all contribute. That is asking a lot.

14) Edneck
The most consistent drafter every year. Good bye week management, although might not have a starting QB and kicker in week 9. Doubled up in weeks 3 and 5 as well.
Players who could disappear weekly: Grossman, Norwood, and Parker.
Projected Consistent Scorers: Williams, Holt, Driver, Witten, and Crumpler.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Just needs solid numbers from studs, but production from Parker and Norwood would solidify team.
Positive Outlook: I don't think anyone else could be higher on Norwood than me. He just needs to get some looks weekly to score points. Ednecks has the least amount of question marks overall. Needs consistent play from Delhomme once all of the pretenders are weeded out to be a finalist, but should get great points from Williams, Holt, Driver, and TE's weekly.
Reality: Should be in contention till the end and could win it all. Then again, this is survivor and everyone is susceptible to going home after one bad week.

15) HHH
Week 3 looks a little scary, but did okay on bye weeks. QBs look solid. Took a few gambles in the draft and am concerned with all of the T.O. drama.
Players who could disappear weekly: Alstott and Gado. Concerned with T.O. and Winslow is still a question mark.
Projected Consistent Scorers: QB, Deuce, Moss, Gates, and T.O. if he is on the field.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Deuce and T.O. need to perform like they are capable of performing. Alstott needs to vulture some TDs, Gado needs to get some looks, and Winslow needs to shut up and play like his father.
Positive Outlook: I like the QB combo a lot. Green is always overlooked but plays solid. Ben should improve on his stats this year. Deuce and Bush can co-exist in this offense with Deuce being the workhorse. Deuce can average 80 yds and a TD a week or even better. Moss and Gates are studs are their positions and will provide points weekly. T.O. is the best receiver in the game. I just wish he would shut up and that the media would get out of his face. Has there ever been a more immature "pro" in the game?
Reality: I have renamed this team to "Team Shut Up and Play". Winslow is not a soldier, he is a loudmouth who has yet to live up to the hype. T.O. is an attention freak and walking circus. That's not a good thing when your coach shares the same attributes. Okay, I like Parcells (sorta) but he is an egomaniac as well. Gado and Alstott are wildcards. My gut says Gado could be a late season factor but that Alstott is too inconsistenet to be a factor. Focusing on factors, this team has enough playmakers that if it comes out of the bye weeks unscathed, could make some noise. It's a team that should get stronger as the season plays itself out, but if T.O. isn't on the field early this team could be gone early with a bad week from Deuce or Moss or Gates. Be nervous through week 5, but be confident if you survive through then.

That sounded like a Chinese fortune cookie.

16) Tribe
Another manager that you can count on to draft solid, even if it takes him a couple days to make a pick. Solid players at every position. Weeks 5 and 9 are bye week concerns. Week 9 wasn't planned, but happened due to trade.
Players who could disappear weekly: Benson, Toefield, Johnson, and Stallworth.
Projected Consistent Scorers: Palmer, Jones, and Fitz.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Jones needs to get his looks weekly, Andre Johnson needs to look like he did his rookie season, amd Stallworth needs to play like a #1WR.
Positive Outlook: Palmer looks great and Warner is a nice back-up option with the weapons at both of their disposal. RB can be boom or bust for this team. Jones has to perform weekly or lose touches to Barber. Benson hasn't beat out Jones but still could. Toefield will vulture some TD's and is a Fragile Fred injury away from being a starter with Jones on the IR. Fitz is gold and Johnson could be. Stallworth has been on the cusp of being a great receiver and has McNabb now throwing to him. This is a team that could win it all. I forget who I projected to win it all. It is someone much higher on this list, but this team will be fighting for it as well.
Reality: Palmer gets hit really hard in the leg, Leinart supplants Warner, Barber takes over as #1RB, Benson stays on the bench, Maurice Jones-drew-shiffleburger gets the goaline work, Johnson looks like last year redone, and Stallworth can't beat out Baskett. Scary stuff, but it could happen. I doubt it, though. I stamp this team as contender and move along.

17) Trash
I have never seen Tribe and Trash in the same room together. Coincidence? I get the same vide when looking at both teams. Good bye week management, Doubled up in weeks 6 and 8.
Players who could disappear weekly: Maroney, Clayton, Booker, and Fergie.
Projected Consistent Scorers: Bulger, McGahee, Johnson, and Galloway.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Just needs solid numbers from studs, but production from Maroney, Clayton, and Booker could lead team to Victory.
Positive Outlook: Solid team from top to bottom. Pennington might be a wasted pick seeing how he will probably be hurt before week 7. I expect huge numbers from McGahee this year. he is due and too talented to not produce. Maroney is another electrifying rookie. I don't know how to spell that word but have used it twice. He just needs to get some touches. Johnson was my #1 WR this year. He is an attention hog like T.O, but he does all the right things like practice and talk good about teamates. Galloway found the fountain of youth last year and seems to be drinking from it again this year. Clayton and Booker might both be in the right place at the right time this year.
Reality: New offense in St. Louis, maybe not the greatest show blah blah. As great as I think McGahee is, his QB is still Losman. Dillon is still alive and actually looks really good. Belichicken likes to play his vets. Johnson is great, but Houshimma (love that commercial) has really come into his own and I swear he was getting the first look from Palmer play after play. Michael Clayton looks good again this year and could steal some production from Joey. Same thing with the McNair/Mason connection where YOUR Clayton is concerned. Again, highly doubtful with all the negatives. this is a solid team that will make it past all the byes and will be looking to be a finalist.

18) JeffD
Jeff D, or as I like to call him "F*ck week 7". Jones is out for the year and Bruce is healthy making Curtis the 3/4 option with McDonald. I love Willie Parker though, and if Smith can stay healthy he is a beast. Troupe is going to be a top TE this year.
Players who could disappear weekly: Gore and Curtis
Projected Consistent Scorers: Parker, Smith, Mason, and Troupe.
Players that need to be studs more often than not to stick around: Gore and Curtis.
Positive Outlook: I think we are going to see a lot of Fast-Willie Parker this year and no version of Fading-Willie Parker. Smith and Mason are a solid 1-2 punch at WR and Plummer has become a dependable fantasy QB. Gore could be boom or bust depending on if he stays healthy and if SF can run the ball with consistency. Definite contender if he lives past week 7.
Reality: This team is a prime candidate to go home on week 7. No Gore, Mason, Curtis, or Troupe. That leaves Plummer at Cleveland (lots of running that day), Parker at Atlanta, Smith at Cincy (Defense looks good in cincy) and a friggin kicker. For sure gone in week 7. Put it down in ink.

Is it too late to trade in the RW league? Specifically, Iwould like to trade BSB brad johnson for Joe Kitna if that's fair. I just have bye week issues with my QB's. Or if anybody else wants to trade me a QB let me know, if we still can.

I'll be ok.. others have 2-3 players missing during Week 7 and I'll take my 3 OP remaining (Steve Smith, Willie Parker, Plummer/Frye) over anyone else with 5 (especially RBP- with his 2 top players in a bye and Dom Davis possibly going on IR)
He shouldn't of took Addai in the 3d round when he probably won't be starting until the 2nd half, Whosawhatsit is his only legit WR everyone else is weak)

I'll admit I managed my bye weeks badly but I'll also admit in my brain not being as sharp as in other drafts that get done in less than 168 hours.

TB--Nice Job on the predictions. You might have overated my team, I'm a little concerned about Delhomme and Norwood also, not sure if this team is good enough to win it, looking to survive until week 9 at least. I'll be steady enough most weeks, just need to hang in the middle of the pack and hope for a little luck in the later weeks. Plus we can always count on RBP and Cobb to exit early :-)

I understand how much effort went into that post, so I'll rate the TB team.

TB--WP league
QB- Simms and only Simms talk about rolling the dice for disater to happen, but if he plays well, you should be alright if you get by his bye week 4.
RB-- LT and two Fragile's in Foster and Taylor, will be the mainstay of your points if the Fragile brothers remain healthy and starters, Williams as the backup in Carolina would scare me a little. LT is a Stud and will score big every week.
WR--Chambers, Mush, Edwards, Moulds McMichael, damn all are capable of scoring large from week to week, I think we are talking about steady points and will need all of them to stay alive if Simms has bad week. I'll give TB credit on gambling and going with 1 QB and trying to make up the difference with solid numbers from everyone else. Nice potential from all WR/TE's and well drafted. I think Chambers and McMichael will have career years with Dante at QB. Hope Griese takes over in Chicago, Will make Mush very happy.

No major Bye week problems to speak about. Simms is the only player off in week 4, well planned out.
Reality is if he gets by week 4 and has at least 1 of those starting Rb's and LT left by week 10, he has a definite chance of winning the whole thing..I like his chances.

F*ck week 7, I hear you, but what makes you think RBP will still be around on week 7 to take the fall? He won't be. 6 pretenders will be gone and then you will become the seventh. Just keeping it real.

Thanks Ed. You confirmed for me that my team is about middle of the pack at best. The nice thing about survivor is that the best team doesn't automatically win. It takes a lot of luck and a few breaks. My team has the maybe factor going on. lol

TB, thanks for the hard work on the RW analysis. I wanted to get my WP analysis on the street before anyone else in the hope of one day becoming regaining the title of “Most Fave Poster.” My analysis starts off by comparing the WP teams against the RW teams for value and reach picks. It’s hard to tell whether a value pick was really a value or a reach from the other end (get your mind out of the gutter, Tim). I’ve evaluated the teams in the order of the average time for each pick. I got to all the teams that picked under an hour. I’ll finish up with the slug teams whenever I get around to it. Enjoy.

Joe (less than a minute) (2 QB, 3 RB, 4 WR/TE, 1 PK)
Coincidently, according to Edneck, Joe’s average draft time also describes his love life.
Value: S Jackson (1.9/1.5) J Porter (8.10/7.10)
Reach: LJ Smith (4.10/5.12) A Brooks (5.9/6.7) H Miller (7.9/8.11)
Repeats on both teams: H Miller
Prognosis: Joe proved one of two things. Either he is very efficient or he doesn’t have a life. I think I know which one most of us would believe. Solid draft with no big bye week problems. Key players will be Addai and Porter.
Grade: B+

HHH (15 minutes) (2, 4, 3, 1)
Value: M Alstott (10.18/9.15)
Reach: D Staley (8.7/9.1)
Repeats: Alstott
Prognosis: Aside from “Good Hands” Alstott, never took a player much earlier than the draft position in the WP. Does Jon have some inside info on Alstott? Also some nice symmetry in having 3 players on byes during weeks 3, 4, and 6. Don’t know if that’s a good strategy. Week 3 could be tough to overcome without LJ, Rivers, and Gonzo.
Grade: C+

RaiderHaters (15 minutes) (2, 3, 4, 1)
Value: None
Reach: M Bell (2.12/3.3) Favre (5.9/6.12)
Repeats: None
Prognosis: This is the problem with picking with your heart – four Denver players on a ten-man roster. YIKES! Have to hope the stars align for M Bell/Cobbs, Norwood, and Edge, just to reach Denver’s bye week. If RH is still around, week 4 looks like a serious stop sign – no Bell, Cobbs, Walker and Elam. Aloha means so many things, but in this case it means CYA.
Grade: F (sorry Jeff, but at least you were quick with your picks)

TB (20 minutes) (2, 2, 5, 1)
Value: K Jones (2.2/1.12)
Reach: Moulds (7.17/8.17)
Repeats: Moulds
Prognosis: No bye week problems. Nice balanced roster. May have reached a little for Bush (Tim, out of the gutter!). Success will depend on Bush and K Jones. 2nd place is a definite possibility for this balanced team. Did I mention TB is truly one of my fave posters?
Grade: B++

STB (25 minutes) (2, 4, 3, 1)
Value: B Westbrook (1.14/1.8)
Reach: C Taylor (2.5/2.15) Culpepper (3.4/4.11)
Repeats: None
Prognosis: What happened to the TE Pimp? Not a single TE on this roster. Unfortunately, for Tim, he’s starting with a Greg Jones sized hole in his roster. Now comes news that Volek is fighting for his job. Uh oh. Weeks 8 and 9 look problematic. Week 8 Tim may be without a K and possibly a QB. Week 9 Tim’s only RB is Chester (leave it to gutter Tim to draft a guy nicknamed the Molester). Luckily, Minn plays a division 1AA team (SF).
Grade: C

GCobb (31 minutes) (2, 3, 4, 1)
Value: V Davis (7/18/7.1)
Reach: None
Repeats: V Davis
Prognosis: Picking from the 18 hole, GCobb went WR, WR, WR. Good news is he has the best WR corps west of Indy. Bad news is he has three backup RBs. He’ll need Tatum and Maroney to start for him to be a contender. If Maroney does not put up some serious numbers in week 4 at Cinci, GCobb could be out the door with Plummer and Tatum sitting and Alex Smith behind center.
Grade: C (not easy picking from the caboose)

Ednecks (33 minutes) (2, 3, 4, 1)
Value: A Boldin (2.15/2.6) T Jones (4.15/3.13) D Williams (6.15/5.13) Mark Clayton (9.4/6.2)
Reach: J Witten (5.4/6.5) Booker (8.15/10.2)
Repeats: Witten
Prognosis: Some serious value with the Mark Clayton pick (or maybe a serious reach by the Trashman). Interesting visual, Buddy giving Ed the reach around (or is it the other way around?). No serious bye week issues although week 9 might be a little scary without Boldin and DeAngelo. Very balanced squad. In order to challenge for 2nd, will need Thomas Jones and D Williams to be full time starters during the 2nd half of the season.
Grade: B+

TrashHaulers (40 minutes) (2, 3, 4, 1)
Value: A Johnson (4.16/4.3) Galloway (5.3/3.17)
Reach: B Griese (8.16/10.11)
Repeats: Galloway
Prognosis: Week 7 looks a bit hairy with 4 players on byes. Still has the firepower to survive as those players were picked in the 6th round and later. Nice value with Galloway and owning 2/3s of the Tenn RBBC is probably not a bad thing, since it appears Tenn will run the ball a ton. This team has potential as long as LT and Hasselbeck stay healthy.
Grade: B

Steve (53 minutes) (2, 3, 4, 1)
Value: Hello in there (echo, echo).
Reach: C Dillon (3.8/4.9) B Franks (8.11/10.6) M Stover (9.8/10.8)
Repeats: R Smith
Prognosis: I really hate to critique my pigeon err, golf buddy’s draft, but out of my duty for fair and balanced reporting, here goes. In case you didn’t know, the owner of this team is Steve – unlike the Terry Tate team (I didn’t know we could name our teams after our significant other). Steve’s been telling me for weeks now what a great sleeper McNair will be – and he doesn’t even drink! Steve, for your sake, I hope McNair puts up McNabb numbers like you’ve been forecasting. Just cause the names look alike, don’t mean the numbers will. He did pretty good with bye weeks (for a rookie), but may have a bit of a problem in week 6, where he has Frye, Dillon, and Franks on a bye. McNair will have to do his best McNabb impression that week vs. Carolina. Doh! Aside from a couple of reaches, not too bad of a team. Steve has a real chance to be the #1….. rookie team (consolation prize is an invite back next year). Go Steve.
Grade: C++++++++++++++++

Shak Attack (16 minutes) (2, 3, 4, 1)
Value: D McNabb (3.16/2.13) M Jones (5.16/4.12) Muhammad (6.3/4.17) B Watson (7.16/6.8)
Reach: JP Losman (8.3/8.15)
Prognosis: I really hate to toot my horn, but I really like this team. I got some really nice value picks. I almost creamed my pants to get McNabb near the end of the 3rd (8th QB taken). I feel very good about my WR/TEs with Gates and the 3 value picks. RBs will be OK as long as Gore stays healthy and Fast Willie gets those goal line carries. I’m a little worried about McNabb’s bye in week 9, but Losman vs. GB will save me. Plus, that’s the week I have Edneck leaving the rock. Championship – mark it down!

Nice Shak daddy. Indepth, I like the value pick stuff, not sure how much it means, but informative.

You do know if you touch yourself more then three times your playing with it? I do like your team, was hoping to get Fast Willie myself, but you can't have everyone. You left out Brady in my Prognosis, the most cetain of scorers in the whole draft. Once TO gets Benched Witten will put up Gateish type numbers.

Not a Trojan supporter! I'm an Arizona Wildcat fan. Funny story, I bought UofA car mats on ebay last week. It arrived yesterday and when I opened it, it was frickin ASU Scum Devils. I was pissed! I called them up and told them never to f'ing do that to a UofA fan again. They apologized and said I could keep the Scum Devil car mats and they'd send the right ones out. Into the trash go the Scum Devils.

Going to the UofA/BYU game in 3 days. Betting tip of the week -- lay the 6.5 points and take the CAts.

I should have said Pac-Ten fan. I think I assumed USC because you were the only other person standing up for the Pac 10. Arizona used to have some good football teams in the early 90s. Maybe had a good year in 98 or 99 too, I forget, but not a lot of recent success.

That was cute the 1st 10 times you used it.

Here's a stat for you. The Pac 10 is 9-3 vs. the SEC over the last 10 years. LSU is the only team to beat a PAC 10 team during that time.

I enjoyed the draft review from TB and Shak, subjective as it may be. Being a computer geek, and knowing that we all used some sort of "projections" to draft our team, except for the RaiderHaters, here is the computer projections:

Walter Payton Division:
WEEK 1 OUT: RBP / HIGH: TB
WEEK 2 OUT: TERRY TATE / HIGH: EDNECKS
WEEK 3 OUT: GCOBB / HIGH: JOE
WEEK 4 OUT: HARMONJ / HIGH: JHHH
WEEK 5 OUT: STB / HIGH: TB
WEEK 6 OUT: STEVE / HIGH: TB
WEEK 7 OUT: BROAD ST. BOYS / HIGH: TB
WEEK 8 OUT: GRIM REAPER / HIGH: GUM SELLERS
WEEK 9 OUT: TRIBE / HIGH: LOVE SHAK
WEEK 10 OUT: TRASHHAULERS / HIGH: TB
WEEK 11 OUT: JHHH / HIGH: JOE
WEEK 12 OUT: MIDGET MAULER / HIGH: TB
(JOE had immunity)
WEEK 13 OUT: JOE / HIGH: TB
WEEK 14 OUT: SUPA MARIO / HIGH: EDNECKS
WEEK 15 OUT: TB / HIGH: LOVE SHAK

WEEK 16 - 17 TOTALS
1ST EDNECKS
2ND GUM SELLERS
3RD LOVE SHAK

Interesting notes: Gcobb projects to have the high score 9 out of 15 weeks, and the highest overall total, but not in week two or three were it counts the most. HarmonJ has the third highest projected overall points total behind Gcobb and Ednecks, but not in week 4. Immunity was only a factor in week 12, sorry Midget...Bubble boy is TB. Also, it PAINS me to put Shak in the money.

Reggie White to follow.

Shucks Steve, your making me blush! Lets just hope your computer projections are correct. TB is the high score 9 weeks, damn his team must be good. I wouldn't count on projections in this format, seen too many really good teams bite the dust a lot earlier then expected. Plus even Shak finished 2nd one year, so there must be a lot of luck needed in this league :-)

Interesting notes: Immunity wasn’t a factor. HHH projects to have the high total 9 out of the first 15 weeks and overall high total by more than 100 points. The projected top four overall points in order: HHH, Ednecks, Shak and GCobb. Shak, bubble boy, is on the outside looking in.

I don't make this stuff up, or I would be winning both leagues. The games still have to be played, and the software doesn't account for injuries. The software is updated twice a week so this will change, but this result is as of the end of the draft. I'll post throughout the season who should be leaving us as the weeks go by.

That's good stuff, Steve. Post #25 is a little confusing because you said Gcobb projects to have the high score 9 out of 15 weeks so maybe I am reading it wrong or something. But you get an A+ for participation.

TB, the software projects GCobb having the highscore in 9 of 15 weeks, but he didn't have the high score in week 2 to give him immunity in week 3 when he was low man. If he "survived" week 3 he would be projected to win it all. It'll be fun to see how accurrate the software is to reality.

Okay brother, I got you now. I was just winging it and trying to add a little Mr. Funny Man when doing my projections loaded up on Vicodin. From an "eyeball" view, his team looked good if it could get past week 6. Several teams always do, but a couple bad games by a couple players when you have others on a bye screws you over real quick. Even after all the bye weeks, if you don't have a couple great performances and just a bunch of mediocre ones, it's all over but the whining.

I don't know if you missed it above, but Jeff's new gangsta name is FW7. Peace out.

I was looking at Steve's "computer projections" which I am thinking could also be called FBG draft dominator weekly scoring projections (albiet, old projections and need to be updated with the File/Get lastest projections option) and thinking about posting what my secret computer projections say, when I came up with a great idea to steal more money from you suckers. =)

We should have a pick 'ems contest. Where every week you pick the top scorer and the team who is getting booted. At the end of the year, tally up who got the most correct and give them the pile of cash. We should play it just for fun this year and see how it turns out.

Walter Payton Division, based on my geek numbers:
WEEK: LOW MAN OUT (BUBBLE TEAM) / IMMUNITY

WEEK 1 OUT: SUPA MARIO (RBP) / IMMUNITY: GRIM REAPER
WEEK 2 OUT: TERRY TATE (MIDGET MAULER) / IMMUNITY: EDNECKS
WEEK 3 OUT: JHHH (GCOBB) / IMMUNITY: GRIM REAPER
WEEK 4 OUT: HARMONJ (GUMSELLER) / IMMUNITY: GCOBB
WEEK 5 OUT: TRIBE (RBP) / IMMUNITY: GCOBB
WEEK 6 OUT: STEVE (STB) / IMMUNITY: TB
WEEK 7 OUT: FW7 (RBP) / IMMUNITY: GCOBB
WEEK 8 OUT: JOE (RBP) / IMMUNITY: GUMSELLERS
WEEK 9 OUT: EDNECKS (MIDGET MAULER) / IMMUNITY: GCOBB
WEEK 10 OUT: MIDGET MAULER (STB) / IMMUNITY: GCOBB
WEEK 11 OUT: SHAK (RBP) / IMMUNITY: GCOBB
WEEK 12 OUT: STB/GRIM REAPER / IMMUNITY: TB
WEEK 13 OUT: TRASHHAULERS (RBP) / IMMUNITY: GCOBB
WEEK 14 OUT: GRIM REAPER (RBP) / IMMUNITY: GCOBB
WEEK 15 OUT: TB (RBP)

WEEK 16 - 17 TOTALS
1ST GCOBB
2ND GUM SELLERS
3RD RBP

Ouch, according to "my numbers" Gumseller is going to kick my butt even if I actually last that long. Very interesting how some of our weeks are the same, but even more interesting how one week can make all the difference. For instance, if Tribe survives week 5, I have him going home in week 9 instead of Ednecks who would then finish second with Gumsellers finishing third.

I have found a free site that accepts all of our scoring rules. I just built the Walter Payton Division and am going to try and register every team based on the names and email address. I will try to import all the rosters and see how it looks. The site is http://www.fleaflicker.com/. If someone else is online and has some free time, why don't they try to set up the Reggie White.

The league name I used is 2006 Survivor - Walter Payton Division.

Here are the scoring rules:

Passing
Rule Apply To
1 point for every 25 Passing Yards QB
3 extra points when total Passing Yards is greater than or equal to 300 QB
2 points for every Two-Point Conversion Passing ALL
6 points for every Passing TD ALL
-2 points for every Interception ALL

Rushing/Fumble
Rule Apply To
1 point for every 10 Rushing Yards ALL
3 extra points when total Rushing Yards is greater than or equal to 100 ALL
2 points for every Two-Point Conversion Rushing ALL
6 points for every Rushing TD ALL
-2 points for every Fumble Lost ALL

Receiving
Rule Apply To
1 point for every 2 Catches RB, WR (it scores in decimal points so 3 catches would be 1.5 points)
1 point for every Catch TE
1 point for every 10 Receiving Yards RB, WR, TE
3 extra points when total Receiving Yards is greater than or equal to 100 RB, WR, TE
2 points for every Two-Point Conversion Receiving ALL
6 points for every Receiving TD ALL

Returning
Rule Apply To
[None]

Defense
Rule Apply To
[None]

Kicking
Rule Apply To
3 points for every FG ALL
1 point for every XP ALL

Once you log on you can go in and edit your info and your password. I am going to try and import rosters now.

Hey, don't erase it just yet. Let's make sure this one is good. You get a chance to log on and check it out?

I have imported all the rosters. I just changed the starting rosters so that every player can be started every week except for the 2nd QB and 2nd kicker. I ran into snag when I tried to add a 2nd starting kicker slot so left those two alone. Now I am trying to figure out if it tallies bench players scores.

I am going to go ahead and set up the Reggie White Division. I just shot an email to everyone inviting them to claim a team in the Reggie White. I have already created a user account for everyone, so once you type in your email addy and the secret password, you should see that you are already in WP, but you need to claim a team in RW. Use your same team name so I can load rosters. I can't load rosters till everyone signs up, so don't be a slacker. Obviously, if someone is a slacker, we can create their team, but doing it this way lets me know who got the info and is able to log into the site.

TB, I have a QB and two TE's sitting on the bench in the WP and when I try and start the two TE's it says I need another RB/WR/TE to set my lineup? I know only one QB can be started. If it doesn't tally bench points is someone going to go in and do it manually every week?..should work, better then doing it all manually. I've joined the RW also.

No, it wont let you add them, comes up with "you need another TE/WR/RB like I said. there are three empty Flex positions, right. If you don't have three players to fit into those slots it won't let you add them.

Right on. This site seems to be very cool. Everything opens quickly and it is so easy to work with. They give a lot of custom options for scoring rules, and obviously the flexibility for roster requirements too. I am very happy that there is a workaround to get all 10 players in the starting line-up.

Now we just need to get everyone signed into the RW so I can import rosters and everyone can set all their players into the starting line-up.

Okay, when I went to hook up the RW for Scotty, it sends a verification code to your email. I didn't feel like changing the email address so I could get it, so he can join it himself.

I had to clear rosters for it to allow people to continue to join. So scratch the early roster building plan. My bad on that.

When you log in to the site and see your WP team, you can click on Join League to Join another league. From there click on Browse League. Typein survivor in the search window and UNCLICK the box that has public leagues checked. Both of our leagues pop up. Click on the RW division and then claim a vacant team.

It will email you verifying your email addy, so go to your email and click on the link or copy the code it sends you and paste it in the box.

League update.

Seven teams have signed in, so they are good to go:
TB
Steve
Ednecks
TrashHaulers
Shak
JeffD
Gum Sellers

Still need these 11 teams to get with it:
GCobb
RBP
Grim Reaper
STB
Joe
Midget Mauler
Terry Tate
Supa Mario
HarmonJ
JHHH
Tribe

I was able to click on Import Rosters again in the Walter Payton and it automatically set everyone's players to the starting line-up with the new and improved line-up changes. So that means all we need is for the 11 guys above to sign up for the RW and I will be able to load rosters and get all the starters set.

I am fairly jazzed about this site and am thinking I might even move other leagues to this site next year if it turns out to be as cool as I think it is going to be. The biggest knock I have had using yahoo in other leagues is that there is always someone sitting online during the games grabbing dudes and I would rather be in a league that has better waiver rules. Hard to bitch too much about yahoo when it is free, but this joint is free too.

1) Click on Join a League right after logging in.
2) Click on Browse all Leagues
3) Type "survivor" into the search box and then unclick the checkmark in the box next to "Show only public leagues I can join" so that none of the boxes have check marks and then click on find
4) You will see both of our leagues, click on the Reggie White Division.
5) Click on claim a team and follow the guidance from there.

I think it makes you confirm your email address when trying to join a second league. You might have to change yours to whatever email addy you have access to right now (it provides that option). Go to your email after typing it in and click on the link in the email they send you to confirm it.

Ignore everything I posted above this except how to log into your teams. Log in and change your password. I went ahead and created everyone's teams and loaded the rosters. I won't be around Wednesday night, so it had to get down by tomorrow night and no telling what time I get home from work tomorrow. Check your rosters and double check the scoring rules to make sure they are correct. Maybe someone can take last year's sheet and input all the teams for weekly scoring tracking. We paste the weekly scores into a sheet to track final overall winner.
