My mistake thinking it was about 24 hrs. before the date/time on the Sandbox page.
The thread posting did make me look sort of eager to get started, didn't it?

No thanks needed Bags. You might want to check your queue in the MBG draft. It's moving again.
The queue can be created anytime after Noon today. It's been around 2:00PM for the last couple of drafts. That's why I predicted the 2PM timestamp. IMO only, no guarantees.

Nothing in the Sandbox forums except a couple of guys panicking thinking they've missed the start date and wanting to have their league draft date changed.

This is boardering upon the absurdly funny:
* A draft gets started but some dumbass slips two teams in, so we reorganize.
* We all want to move this through fast since the season is near and the clock is ticking.
* For once, everyone is primed and ready to go as anxiously as a virgin from "American Pie".
* Then Sandbox goes limp and we're left holding nothing but our....
Oh nevermind.

There is at least one message from Sandbox (Woodman) answering someone in the forum, but probably nothing you don't know already.
The reply:
Just be patient. 24 hours before your draft is to begin, the system pulls ALL leagues that are drafting at the same time you draft and one-by-one, it begins making draft pages for each league. So some leagues may have their draft pages up 24 hours in advance, others may only be 20 hours in advance and still others may only be 16 hours in advance, etc., depending on how many leagues there are to create draft pages for.

ksoze - I hear you, man. What I usually do in a situation like that is just go totally off-the-wall with the last team that picks in the same spot. If you took roughly the same players/positions on many teams, go completely the opposite and go crazy with two WR's, or go with a "WTF" attitude and take Gonzalez.....I do agree it's boring to have basically the same team more than once.

Just thought I'd throw another thought out there.
Since Species has given us the "green light" that he'll be here around 11:30 let's ensure that he doesn't get that second auto pick made for him.
THAT MEANS YOU DEEPSNAPPER! :)
Since it looks like at least the bottom 1/3 of our division will be logged on tonight there is no need rushing those picks anyway.

fadenwalker - I was playing off your team name. The way RBs & QBs have gone off the board, I doubt if he'd made it back to you, but you never know.
IMO, the middle of a round is the hardest place to draft. In some ways you've got too many choices. In the early rounds on each end of the draft, you know a lot of the studs will be gone before it comes back to your pick. The middle is more of a guessing game.
Perm Dude is the one person you can't predict the picks of, but he's not in here. ;-)
