I have a live BECK show that I want to burn without gaps in it. How can I do that thru Itunes?

Thanks, aC

Try this:
Go to "edit" then "preferences," then click on the tab for "advanced," then the tab for "burning." One of the options is "gap between songs." Change it to "none."

Thanks man. Does that set it just for that CD---or is it permanently set for all now? Do I have to reset it to 2 seconds again if I want gaps? Or is that a default?

I'm pretty sure it stays that way until you change it again because if you close Itunes and then open it again the changes have been saved.

When organizing my library, I'd like to adjust things such as changing the equalizer to "Rock" for all my songs... or deleting out all album info or track numbers etc.
Is there a way to set up something of a macro and get it to apply to all my tracks?

The other thing that drives me insane is when selecting a range of 10 songs, I can't do the ctrl+shift trick to select all ten - rather I have to click on all 10 while holding ctrl
I've figured out Smart Playlist to get a group of songs in one place from one artist and then pull them at once, but even that is a pain.

AC - you can also designate individual songs as part of an "gapless album" with a right click on that song, go to Options and you'll see it at the bottom.

But yeah, that setting for gapless on/off switch in preferences will stick like ksoze said.

I mean the drag and drop makes it easy to throw together a playlist... but if I want to select the next 20 songs in my library, its click.. click.. click.. click..

I hear ya.

Shift-click works for me too, I'm using the newest version so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Turn off the fan that's pointed at the shower curtain? :)

RE: 11... I'm glad you used the word "into."
