but msn.com had a link to "25 gadgets I cant live without" sort of thing. Here's the three I thought were REALLY useful to a wide variety of folks. (ie, I dont carry a cell, so anything cell related is worthless to me lol):

Who DOESNT want to eliminate the clutter of remotes from their coffee table? Program this one, and it works XBOX, PSX, TV, Cable, TIVO, DVD, etc etc etc. ALl for $150 or less.

Harmony 670 Adv Univ Remote

What do oyu do with old hard-drives? Here a SATA-USB docking station. For under $50, you turn them into what amounts to, a multi gig floppy!

2.5" and 3.5 staging rack

Gawd do I need THIS! A software username/password tracker that direct links to the various sites log-ins for you! (oh yea, and its FREE too.)

The harmony remote is awesome. I have the 880 version, and it rocks. I'm not sure the difference bet/ the 2, but mine does everythingbut bring me a beer.

Yeah, I have the 880 as well. Because the PS3 is bluetooth, that's the only device it can't control. It's so intuitive that it's totally eliminated the calls I used to get at work saying that there's picture but no sound, or sound but no picture, or they're trying to watch a DVD but all they hear is Sportcenter...
