Subject: Soft Porn?

We just got a deal through our cable company that gives us access to the HBO family, Cinemax, and Starzz. Are there any soft porn programs on any of these that I should be made aware of? A friend of mine is doing a research project on the subject and I'm just trying to help him out. ;) |

HBO used to have a show called Real Sex or something very close to that name. I don't know if some of the scenes they showed would be considered soft-porn or not, but it isn't something children should watch.

Cinemax definitely does...
If you are talking about the channel "HBO Family" it definitely will not. If you are talking about the entire family of HBO channels there definitely is some adult programming at night...
Not sure about Starzz...

Real Sex has started to get lame. I used to watch it but stopped three years ago. Do you they still have new ones or are they reruns?
The best HBO show on sex was the documentary on the Bunny Ranch in Nevada. I can't recall the name.
Also, a documentary called "American Pimp" which I own on DVD is quite interesting. Not exactly soft porn, but a great insight into the world of pimps and hookers.
I'd recommend a show called "Talk Sex" with Susan(?) Johansen. Imagine your grandmother sitting down with you and talking about all sorts of sexual topics in a mature, educational, but fun way. Awesome show. It's on the Oxygen Network.

the question about soft-porn reminded me of the movie "The Lord of the G-Strings - The Femaleship of the String". think it was on cinemax. not sure though.
in addition to a few tame lesbian scenes, you have throbbits, dorcs, Smirnoff, dildo saggins, Sourasse, araporn...
all in all, it's horrible. but it's so stupid you feel obligated to watch a few minutes of it. the fact that it exists is amusing.

Yeah my GF told me she saw it on the Direct TV thing one time flipping by the movie channels. I didn't really believe her until a few weeks ago when I saw part of it too. It's worst than a car crash.
