Hmmm, interesting. On 2 of my teams there are blanks where the name should be, but the $$ amount is there. Can't remember who they were, but usually the name shows even if they are no longer on the roster for the current tournament.

Should be OK now. (It was Richard S. Johnson, BTW)

By the way, this tournament is being played on a different course than in previous years, so historical results are probably of relatively little value.

What is wrong with Toms????? Oh, I put him on my wildyams team...that's it. Or perhaps its because sarge and I use the same computer. I fear this will be a bad, bad week for me.

PGATour.com's leaderboard lists Funk, Daly and Ryuji Imada as withdrawn. With birdies hard to come by this week, there could be a lot of teams going backwards. I suspect some poor souls have both. Luckily I chose provisionals. The bad news is two of them (Axley +4, Barlow +5) are poised to miss the cut.

Funk's round of 73 is not that bad so it must be his back. I just hope he signed his card as I think that makes his score valid for the TSN game.

And I was wishing he'd stepped off before he finished 18 so my provisional, Furyk (-1), would've been activated.

Unfortunately, since Funk completed 18 holes, he is not eligible for provisional replacement.

Daly and Imada are eligible, since neither completed the round.

katie1 -6 only Harrington under par
katie2 -6 Glover even
wb +15 (or -5) with all players +1 to +5

This is going to be a brutal week

Photo-seeker drives Daly from Honda

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (AP) -- John Daly was injured trying to stop his backswing after being distracted by a fan taking his picture, forcing him to withdraw from the Honda Classic after only two holes Thursday.

PGA Tour officials said Daly injured his rib area, along with his shoulder. The severity or exact nature of either injury wasn't known.

The fan, who was not identified by the tour, is a resident of the PGA National complex where the tournament is being held and, because she lives on-site, it wasn't clear if she went through standard security screening. She was unaware of the tournament's no-camera policy, Honda executive director Ken Kennerly said.

"Like the rest of us, she is devastated that her use of a camera resulted in an injury to John," Kennerly said. "We will continue to examine all options in our effort to eliminate cameras and cell phones from the course."

Daly, playing in a threesome with Shigeki Maruyama and Joe Ogilvie, started on the back nine and parred his first two holes before getting to the 12th tee with one of the day's largest galleries in tow.

The clicking could be heard almost at the same instant he started his backswing. He stopped and reportedly glared at the woman before trying to swing again, but immediately complained of pain and walked off to seek treatment in the tour's medical trailer.

He declined comment afterward.

Daly was the provisional golfer for about 7 teams, but no one had him in a foursome.

Bad news: Pat Perez. Oops.

Yes, but the standings do not yet reflect that. I'll wait until sometime around the Masters to include the mulligan in the standings.

Harrison Frazar sitting at +12 and still has 2 holes to go. Guess he's gonna miss the cut. :-P At least he is helping my wb team - through today anyway.

Pat Perez eagles #18 to get to +5. That still may not make the cut, but it has a chance.

Overall, today's scores don't look as high as yesterday's - except for my players...

Guru -
For some reason, Furyk's scores are not showing up on my teams for the first 3 days. Is this something that will correct itself? Not that it matters much -- if this week isn't my mulligan week, then I'll really have a problem.

I released the scoring for this tournament and enabled roster moves for the next one. If anyone has the eventual tournament winner, those teams will have their trade totals adjusted on Monday.

(I'm rooting for Boo Weekley, since no teams have him. Less work.)

Nothing like having only 1 golfer make the cut (Robert Garrigus) who then goes on to shoot a +14 in the 4th round. I guess I know what the mulligan week for my jeff2 team will be.

oh boy.....BB squad was at -7 after the cut, 1 guy made it. He (Lonard) shot +4/+4 over the weekend, to put my BB at +1. (Not so bad as Jeff there, but for damn sure...nuthin to write home about.)
