Guru - I just noticed that Craig Perks is listed at $490. Looks like a re-pricing glitch dropped him below the minimum.

I fixed it. Minor programming glitch. No teams were impacted.

Okay - maybe Funk, Furyk, and Daly were first.

The official field listing hasn't been updated since Friday, which is very unusual. Does anyone have a link to a more current listing?

That's the only listing I've seen. The sites I've seen that have a field listing, link to the PGA Tour site.
Sites like ROTOWORLD are pretty good at keeping up with the withdrawals.

I've seen several references that due to the withdrawal of Björn, the field size will be reduced from 127 to 126 (because it's an invitational). Yet, the PGATOUR.com field listing shows 10 alternates. If the alternates don't fill openings, then why have them?
Something doesn't add up.

I've seen several sites, such as CBS Sportsline that don't show any alternates.
And here's an article on the field. It says there has to be a minimum of 120 players in the field, so I'd guess the alternates are there only if the field drops below that figure.

More withdrawals - Crane Haas Hart Rose Stricker
And Woody Austin has replaced John Daly. Not sure I understand why Daly has a replacement, but Bjorn doesn't. Maybe it's because Daly cancelled out early?

Daly was a sponsor's exemption, so that's why he was replaced. The invites only get replaced if the field goes under 120.

Maybe I should have left Craig Perks at $490. It seems to be about right. +7 today, without a single birdie.

So what happened with John Senden?? He was in the tournament at 13:09 on Wed but then didn't play, and as of the 8:45 Thurs list above, 15 teams had him. :(

RE: Senden...he doesn't show as withdrawn so it looks as tho he didn't play at all?

Senden must have withdrawn before the start, because he was replaced by Jason Dufner.

From Rotoworld - 7:15 yesterday:
John Senden, due to illness, was a last second withdraw from the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
Senden was a very popular pick this week after his second place finish at last week's PODS Championship. The withdrawal means that he will not be eligible for the WGC-CA next week at Doral and he will not qualify for the Masters. Jason Dufner was added to the field and he came through with a 3-under 67 to be T-9 after the first round at Bay Hill.

From Rotoworld.com K.J. Choi has withdrawn from the Arnold Palmer Invitational after three rounds.
Choi had shot 67-73-76 before he withdrew before Sunday's final round. No immediate reason was given.

Doh.
Thanks.
I was awfully happy to see Vijay and Pat Perez with two of the four low rounds of the day... unfortunately Perez did nothing more than cover three of Vijay's bogeys.
