Because of the current point standings and the 10300 points for first awarded this tournament and the 395 for 30th, only the top 5 can win the FedEx Cup (and the $10M that goes along with it 20 years from now).

There are only 157 teams with 4 active golfers this week. I imagine there are also a significant number who went with 3 actives and one non-playing cheapie.
Geoff Ogilvy is the only golfer who fails to appear at least once.
137 Howell III, Charles 101 Johnson, Zach 97 Snedeker, Brandt 61 Wetterich, Brett 58 Rollins, John 40 Villegas, Camilo 32 Baddeley, Aaron 31 Byrd, Jonathan 29 Calcavecchia, Mark 26 Choi, K.J. 25 Allenby, Robert 23 Verplank, Scott 22 Weekley, Boo 21 Woods, Tiger 21 Slocum, Heath 17 Singh, Vijay 17 Sabbatini, Rory 16 Mickelson, Phil 15 Rose, Justin 14 Furyk, Jim 13 Mahan, Hunter 13 Austin, Woody 11 Clark, Tim 11 Scott, Adam 10 Stricker, Steve 10 Garcia, Sergio 8 Harrington, Padraig 3 Cink, Stewart 1 Els, Ernie

I just did a quick scan and found about 30 teams who set a provisional golfer while starting a cheapie inactive player. (I did this for one of my teams as well.)

One team I have 4 golfers and hoping for a big worstball score, another team I used an inactive golfer, and my other team I actually used 2 inactive golfers just so I didn't have to use the same guys again. It will be interesting to see which of the 3 teams does the best.

Looks like Tiger's trying to stomp on the field and run away with it.
Surprise, surprise...

I just need my guys to play some really bad golf tomorrow as I'm moving in on the final five worst ball lead. C'mon guys, I got you for a reason, 'cause you all suck, and don't you forget it Sunday!

Congradulations on a repeat victory to The Long Island Ducks. Bill Miller stays the course and wins going away.

Missed the final 5 worst ball prize by 1 stroke, ugh.
Congrats to The Long Island Ducks for impressive back to back titles! I wasn't even close this year and obviously need to get back to my old strategies and pay less attention to the lazy man's "cuts made" strategy as that obviously doesn't work.

Long Island Ducks is to Guru Golf as Tiger Woods is to the PGA tour! Nicely done.
In 2008 it will be the field against the Ducks to try to prevent the 3-peat.
Congrats to all the winners.
Thanks to Guru for my favorite free Internet fantasy game, and to all who competed thanks for another fun season.

Thanks to all for the kind words and special thanks to Guru for coming up with a fantasy golf format that I can actually win at. Seriously I do appreciate all the time and effort put in to maintain and improve the game. You see many ideas that were initially developed here now being used in fantasy games run by corporations with big bucks, computer support, and computer power. Thanks again Guru.

Thanks to Guru for running a damn fine game...yet again.
Congrats to Long Island Ducks for the BB win and Dilligad for the WB. (I tried to catch you Dill, but came up well short.)
