GuruGolf trading for the Travelers Championship has been enabled on Sunday night, even though the U.S. Open playoffs will take place on Monday. The playoffs will not impact any scoring. Teams which have the eventual winner will have their available trades augmented on Monday night.

Not sure if anyone is still playing TSN but they opened up a season 2 when season 1 goes until 11/2. I guess they are looking for trade buyers. This new season starts this week

Since you asked...
The price changes do not depend on the course, or on the absolute scores relative to par. Everything is scored "on the curve", so a golfer's price change is based on that golfer's performance for the week vs. all other golfers in the field for that same week.
Each hole is evaluated for difficulty. If a player gets a birdie on a hole where a birdie is rare, that's a big plus. If a golfer gets a birdie on a hole with many birdies, that's much less of a benefit.
For example, consider the 2008 US Open. Only one golfer got a birdie on the 6th hole in round three (Snedeker), so that golfer was particularly valuable to own for that particular hole. In fact, that birdie was worth (very) slightly more than an eagle on the 13th hole in that same round, since three golfers eagled that hole on that day. And birdieing the 18th hole in round one wasn't nearly as valuable, since almost half the field managed to do that.
Each player gets a relative score for each of the 72 holes, and then those scores are summed by golfer, and ranked. The relative ranking of a golfer's score determines a relative value for that golfer. If a golfer has a relative value of $1000 for the week, and his price was also $1000, then there is no price change for that golfer. If his price is above $1000, then his price will decline, and if his price is below the target, it will rise. As an example, Sergio Garcia and D.A. Points each had about the same relative value this week. But Garcia was priced at $1390, while Points was only $760. So Sergio dropped in value, while Points gained - even though their relative ranking for the week was the same.
The comparison between Sergio and Points is interesting. Sergio finished at +6, while Points was at +15. But Points had 11 birdies, one more than Sergio. And the holes that Points birdied were tougher (based on the number of other birdies on those holes) than the ones Sergio birdied. Points did have 10 fewer pars than Sergio, but pars have a much lower value - although they do have some value. Bogeys and worse are all considered the same. So getting a +4 on a hole doesn't hurt a golfer's price any more than getting a +1.
The degree to which a golfer's price trends toward his weekly target depends on several interrelated factors, including the overall strength of the field. If the field is very strong (based on its average price - as was the case for the Open), then prices tend to move more dramatically toward the target. If the field is weak, then the degree of movement is smaller. Regardless of the strength of the field, the average gain for the top half of the field tends to be around $40 each week.
In sum, if you had a big price decline this week, it wasn't because the course was tough. It was because your golfers played it worse than the rest of the field, especially those at similar prices.
