What kind of tournament is this? I need to buy 4 players, buying a trade. I'm thinking of leaving my idle players there and taking my mulligan here. Is this good strategy? Does anyone else do this?

The top 64 players in the world are in the WGC match play event this week, so the Puerto Rico field is not as strong as usual.
It is certainly a viable strategy to go into a tournament with only three active golfers. And if all three make the cut, you can score well, too.
If you do that, try to keep an inactive golfer who is likely to play next week. If you scan through the articles on this page you can see the names of some players who have committed in advance. Of course, those commitments are not binding.
