well, this depends on how hurt Sanderson actually is, but you may remember that Sanderson clicked really well with Cassels. I'm not so convinced Drury can be counted on as a main man in buffalo..
so I'd say..
1) sanderson
2) drury
3) amonte

its still early on in the season but those 3 IMO should be fairly close with their stats this season .
I suppose if I had to rank them I would take Sanderson's penchant to get injured as my way of easily putting him 3rd on the list while Amonte and Drury should both be around the 55-65 point range .
