I only see him logging 2:38 of ice ice time. Anybody know if he's beeing benched or injured? |

I am watching the game. He was on a breakaway and missed the goal but was checked hard into the boards. He left with a shoulder injury and they don't know how serious it is yet.

From Mercury News"Left winger Simon Gagne suffered a bruised right shoulder when he took a hit from Shane Doan in the first period. The good news is that it was his good shoulder. Gagne dislocated his left shoulder in February 2001 and eventually had surgery to correct the problem.
Gagne did not return but is expected to be available to play in Tuesday's game in Los Angeles."
