Canadian Strikers, every sport has there haters and then fanatics. I mean sure baseball can be boring, but l mean soccer is just as boring to as as baseball. my favorite sports are apline ski racing and fastball (softball), so carve me right up please. | |||||

harsh thread! Purpose of thread was an FYI to the baseball mgrs who have not hit that board yet since the seasons a month away that Don Mathis had posted, not announcing baseball. philliephan would have appreciated it anyway. ;-) | |||||

Yes he would have deepsnapper, and the fact of the matter is that most folks who play one smallworld game play others...no harm done, and for me, you directly informed me of a very important thread...and new life on the baseball boards. Thanks for the heads up, Deepsnapper. I haven't been over on the baseball site much yet. Too busy with work, SW Golf and SW Hockey. Ah, Baseball, my first love. What a great sport - a team sport combined with that great one-on-one battle between pitcher and batter. I can't wait for the season to start. Richard | |||||

fantasy baseball is my love, too! I can't believe the prices at smellworld for baseball either, maybe when I read Big Don's post it will shed some light. I hope I have enough time to finish out hockey AND get off to a good start in beisbol P.S. Soccer [and hockey] helped launch me into my mid-distance running career. | |||||
