The Hockey version since I didn't get much of a response in the Basketball version of this thread and I don't want to tie up the Basketball Forum with Hockey business. Players who have appeared in at least 1 game who are not listed in the TSN Game:

As stated quite well by Guru: "Admittedly, most of these guys are not of any value, even if priced at the minimum. Still, I don't understand why they should not be added to the game. Any of them could become valuable at some point if they develop, or if related injuries improve their playing time. Many fantasy sports games routinely add new players as they appear in games. I believe TSN should do the same, either immediately after a player first appears, or at least once per week. The current practice of adding players on an ad hoc basis - and usually unannounced - is an unnecessary irritation, and could easily be rectified. By the way, this is not the first season (or sport) in which this issue has been raised. I wonder why it has never been satisfactorily addressed? It seems like it should be so simple to resolve." Also, any idea on when we can expect some Baseball prizes? 2 weeks to send in the forms and we're getting very close to 2 months before receiving the prize. |

I believe Miller for Buffalo was sent back down. He was giving up an average of 4 goals a game.

Seeing as how they still list Billy Tibbits - who may or may not be tearing it up in the Ontario Penal League - as a Flyer, I think they should list a Mark Greig, for example, regardless of what value he may or may not have. He's already appeared in more Flyers games this year than Tibbits will for the rest of eternity....

Since TSN seems to have an aversion to posting in the Hockey Forum nowadays, I will let everyone know that the players listed above have all been added to the game. Most of the players are priced in the $500k range, as expected.

FWIW, if there's any value to Jason Doig, he most will likely stay with the parent club as the Caps are preparing to let Steve Eminger take a leave of absence ( a few weeks ) and get ready for the Junior World Championships...
