Can anyone control ukula and his raging vowels? Tonight ... in the RotoGuru Hockey Forum. :-)
Kovalchuk has a hattie. (My Yahoo! rotisserie team says, "Thank you!") Bondra is two-thirds of the way there. (Dafoe vs. Billington) |

Kovalchuk with a hat trick already as Atlanta leads Washington 5-3. The refs are killing my fantasy team again, specificly(sp) Blackburn.Last night that stupid BS penalty shot and tonight the Sabres have been on the PP the whole second period it seems like.Isles beating the Buds 3-1 and Devils over the Pens 2-0. Will Lemieux start to slow down?

Pavel Bure injured his left knee mid-way through the 2nd period; he limped to the dressing room and could not put any weight on his left leg. Rangers hurting in more ways than one, down 3-1 to the sabres.

Luckily thru a state of the art probabilistic analysis of injury patterns I was able to predict Bure's injury and reserve a trade to handle the situation. Now I just need to sample a bunch of rosters so I know who to buy;-)

Blackburn gave up 3, one was an empty net (I was watching...now have tuned to the Devils game; 2-1 Devils after Straka scored from Laukkanen and Lemieux), and can then toggle with the isles game (crazy with three local teams on TV all at once!).
Blackburn --> Turco on 12/11; might as well ride out the storm.

Satan with the hattie, that will make all of his 5 owners very happy. I was just wondering what teams have you not had any players from on your roster so far this year. For me it's Buffalo Nashville Islanders Devils Thrashers San Jose(well I had Kiprosoff but you really can't count him.) Phoenix

Yeah Walk I watched the game(living in CT) right now. What station is the Isles game on because I don't think we are getting it here. Blackburn never played that bad, as I said earlier he got screwed by a couple of calls,ie- the second goal.I've also liked that he's started so many games in a row,but I think the time to jump from Blackburn to Turco will be best on the 12th just because of the price.Oh the Caps win in OT, Jagr, Nylander and Gonchar in on the goal.

...and while all the forum "regs" were spewing thier food-fight, I saw a helluva comeback! First, CalleYo blasts a centering pass just 1 second after the PP expires to bring it within 1. Then Biller hits the bench, Lang sets a beee-uty! for Kono who 5-holes Lord Byron! Then Jags clears it from behind the net, Gonchie fans it, but Nylander POUNDS it home. Y'all shoulda seen Biller's dance! He was jumping up-and-down...he looked aweful out there at times, but I 'spose your first win is a big deal. WHAT A GAME!

We have different cable systems tommyd, so I cannot really tell you with any degree of certainty. For me, in NYC, Time Warner CATV, it's on channel 55.
Devils with an empty netter from Madden win 3-1. All three local games are now over (Isles beat Toronto and Trevor Kidd 4-2).

Hrdina get a nice -20, the trade from Boguniecki about 4 games back sure has backfired. Oh well I'll keep him through the good stretch of games they have coming up and hope for the best.

Sucks to be the Thrashers. They could have wrapped it up in regulation but the puck hit the post on the empty net.

Wow Colorado beats the Canadiens 7-6. When's the last time there has been two 7-6 games in one night in the NHL.Anyone thinkin of picking up one the the Thrashers young guns -ie Heatley, Kovalchuk. I picked up Bure on one team (big mistake) and I might give it a try.

Taking any Thrasher is a risk in my opinion. Not sure if Kovalchuk or Heatley can consistently put up multi-point games to offset the points they consistently will lose due to their +/- rating. Kovalchuk ended up even tonight despite his 4 even-strength points.

Where are you guys finding all this information about the games played tonight? I don't think it's fair that you can watch the games and read the boxscores... and you sure shouldn't be posting anything here about them. ;-)
