Hey Guys been awhile since posting, but now need some serious help. Ran out of trades and stuck with some crap:

C
Sakic, Joe
Holik, Bobby
Bergeron, Patrice
W
Kovalchuk, Ilya
St. Louis, Martin
Iginla, Jarome
Havlat, Martin
D
Foote, Adam
Sopel, Brent
Cross, Cory
G
Brodeur, Martin
Aebischer, David

4.34mn in the bank, so have some room to play. Is Iginla back? good to hold? go for the Tanguay/Hajduk W combo? Naslund in 3 looks interesting ... Datsyuk/Lang could replace Sakic (love him though) & Holik ... thinking about Cross to Souray, but don't like burning trades on D (or G). Bergeron is great value, maybe hold there. Kovalchuk is a definite hold IMO.

How about your rosters? need some opinions? the board is a little bare this year, I remember a couple of years ago there were many times of game day posts over 100! let's get 'er going again on the last half.

I went Forsberg (UGH) -> Hejduk, to leave me with 6 Avs still. Thats a short-term plan though, as I'll move Kariya once their Atl/Pit games are done. (Into Naslund most likely.) My other two wings are Tkachuk and Tanguay, so I guess I like the Tang/Hej combo.

I think Souray is a must. I moved Souray to save money, then held Forsberg for 550K in losses. Good call Rogue. :( If Souray starts dropping again I wont care. You're right, trades on D aren't worth it. I'll just hold Blake/Pronger/Souray for as long as I can, barring any injuries.

Last I heard Iginla was back, but you might want to check rotoworld or something to make sure. I won't be able to squeeze St. Louis in there I don't think but those two games at Pittsburgh are going to be rewarding most likely.

At center, Ribeiro is a good choice, although so is Bergeron. Not sure if thats worth a trade either.

In nets, I don't think Brodeur is going to be worth his price, now that NJ has stated that he'll be getting more rest the 2nd half, against weak teams no less. Other goalies will be playing MORE as their teams press for playoff position, so I think thats 2-4 mil that can be saved.

I've had a couple good nights the last two days, as Colorado rewarded me for my risk. Here's hoping I can ride that for two more games...

Yeah ... hmmmm. Went Havlat to Tanguay. Tomorrow Cross to Souray and Holik to Lang (yuck). Brodeur has a good schedule for 4-5 games in a row ... we'll see later next week. agree that he needs to be moved soon. I guess to Theodore?

Man, does Hejduk ever have a nice shot. see those two in the top corner the other night? man ...
