Subject: TSNP Calculator/Sortable Stats Error

As J pointed out in this thread, the TSNP Calculator and the Sortable Stats have not been correctly scoring SOG. NHL.com seems to enjoy adding stuff to their web site during the last portions of the season -- who knows, maybe they get bored or something -- and this year they didn't fail. They've added an "AVG" time on ice column to their "Off. Super Stats" page and that pushed the total SOG column over by 1. So, instead of grabbing the total, the TSNP Calculator and Sortable Stats have been grabbing the OT SOG column. Anyhow, the TSNP Calculator will be fixed in a few minutes. The Sortable Stats will take a bit more time as I'll have to figure out exactly when they added that column. |

A bit of good news. Thankfully, NHL.com does not use completely dynamic web pages. Thus, the "Off. Super Stats" pages from old games that did not have the "AVG" time on ice still do not have it. It should be fairly easy to narrow down where they added it and then the upload from there should go fairly quickly. Stay tuned for more updates as they're available. :)

Okay, the Day of Boredom was 02/17, so I will be re-uploading the stats from 02/18 to last night. Oh, yippee! :)

Okay, well that was just tons of fun, but the fix is now finished and has been checked across a few players to ensure that the TSNP did indeed change. Everything should be up-to-date, but let me know if you find an error.
