Subject: Ultimate Roster Freeze?

Does anyone know definitively how this wroks this year?
Specifically, what time each day is the freeze and when are players updated? I cant find this info anywhere and all over the game are rules from last year and in some places from other games.

In Baseball, the players were Frozen at the start of there game, and where unfrozen at 11Pm ET.

So, roster freezes, as i am hearing, are per player - depending on gaem time? Say, Jagr has a 1PM game and Federov is a 8PM. Jagr is frozen and locked at 1PM but federov remains unlocked until his 8PM start and is available to move should I hear he slipped on some pepples and broke an ankle?
If this is true - thats some good stuff. However, this type of logic sounds scary to implement. Hows TSn doing that? From their STAT feed?
