I just got back from the Caps-Thrashers game (throw in a bunch of drinking afterwards). Awesome story though. There were only standing room tickets available as of noon saturday for the home opener (weird, considering this is friggin ATLANTA and no Ilya), but we took em. Got to our standing spots and me and my buddy were joking around with the usher we had up there. Next thing you know, she came up to us just as the game was starting and gave us tickets for seats (worth $225!??!) in the FRONT ROW up against the glass right next to the capitals bench!!!! WOW!!!!! Amazing night, 8-1 Thrashers!!!!!
