I am surprised so many experienced fantacy teams seem to be burning so many trades so early. Price increases and decreases are huge, if we only get 5 trades per week to manage 12 players it makes sense to me to have a longer term vision (3 weeks) for many on our team. I remember the first year I played, anytime I burned all my trades by the weekend it was murphy's law that a key player got injured. So I bank trades, forseeing possible injuries and price changes. |

with players losing 300k+ in one day (Grahame, Ovechkin), its a MUST to save trades!!!!
But early on the name of the game is to make $$$ and you cant do that without using up your trades!

I'm surprised Minnesota is averaging 6 goals per game at home and only 1 gpg on the road. I expected 4 less goals at home.
Seriously, A 1 year layoff, a new NHL format, and the balance of obtaining rv and points will make it difficult for trades to be banked.
Add in a schedule that has teams having 4-5 layoffs makes it easy for us to burn a few trades early.
