Hossa
Brodeur
for
Luongo
Chara
Crosby
PIM's and +/- are categories in our league. (non-keeper)

Depending on who he has to drop, I'm inclined to agree. I've always been a big fan of Marty Brodeur but I can't help but this this is going to be a year reflective of the downside of his career.
If this was a keeper league the guy getting three would be really getting a deal. With a non-keeper I'd weigh in and say the guy getting three seems to be getting a bit of an upper hand, but not overwhelmingly so.
That said, if the deal helps both teams then I'd say go for it.

Luongo + Crosby is already equal to Hossa and Brodeur. Throw in Chara and you have an overwhelming advantage on one side.
